As one of the folk customs of Gaoshan Bai ethnic group,Erzi song is a way of interaction and communication between local people and gods.It is known as the "living fossil" of Nuo culture in Yunnan.Ear songs contain the humanistic spirit of the ethnic religious beliefs,living habits,ideas,cultural connotation and so on.In the process of inheriting the form of the Yi ethnic group and the Han ethnic group,the content of the ear songs is greatly enriched and integrated into the performance of the Yi ethnic group and the Han ethnic group.As a kind of Nuo culture,Erzi song still exists today.In addition to its unique performance form and historical value,it also lies in its deep cultural belief background and social foundation.With the original gender worship and land worship as the main belief carrier,Erzi song is rooted in the rural cultural environment of Yunlong County,forming a relatively stable performance and inheritance team.While the construction of local culture and the performance of ear songs give them the driving force for survival,ear songs also construct the local village order.Wedding ceremony,housewarming and Anlong diantu Erzi songs all play an important role.From ancient Nuo culture to modern culture,the music and performance functions of Erzi songs have also changed.The author takes Erzi song as the main research object,takes sound and performance as the main research perspective,and takes performance ethnography as the theoretical basis.The introduction and the first chapter,according to the author’s combing and analysis of field data,show the synchronic dynamic instrument process of ear songs,describe and record the preparation before the ceremony and the content of the instrument process,and analyze and evaluate the statistics of performers and the contribution of main performers(inheritors)and musicians to the inheritance of ear songs;The second chapter mainly analyzes the musical form,structure and function of the ritual sound of Erzi song around the subjects of Suona,percussion and folk songs;In the third chapter,the author focuses on "musicians-performance matters-music and performance noumenon",analyzes the performance elements of Erzi song from the perspective of internal and external research,mainly including ritual roles,character interaction and text construction;The fourth chapter,on the basis of summarizing the performance characteristics of Erzi song ceremony,explains its cultural connotation inheritance mode,so as to reveal the cultural identity attribute and social function of Erzi song,and discusses the inheritance and development mode of Erzi song on the basis of the current survival and development of Erzi song.The author aims to reveal its artistic and cultural value by explaining the ritual content,music,performance,interactive relationship and cultural blending of Erzi song.At the same time,it can better show the new development of ear song from Nuo culture,a kind of sacrificial drama,to Nuo drama.In order to explore the artistic value of Erzi song and provide an important reference for the development direction of ancient Nuo culture.
