Research On Engels’ Ecological Ethics Thought

Since the middle of the 20 th century,global ecological and environmental problems such as climate change,environmental pollution,resource shortage,ecological imbalance and sharp decline of species have become great challenges for human sustainable survival and development.Looking back on the interactive process between human and nature,at each interactive stage,human beings have continuously reflected on the relationship between human and nature,formed many different views on how to effectively resolve the ecological environment crisis,and produced many factions of ecological ethics.Starting from the needs of "realistic individuals",Engels’ ecological ethics thought combines labor practice,social system,materialist dialectics,dialectics of nature and other elements,starts with the harmonious relationship between man and nature and the ethical relationship between man and man,discusses the coordination and unity of human socio-economic development and natural environmental protection,and opens up a new realm for Marxist ecological ethics thought,It provides a guide to action for building a beautiful China.This paper consists of three parts: introduction,body and conclusion.The first part is the introduction,which mainly combs the research space of Engels’ ecological ethics thought from the significance of the topic,Research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,Research innovation and so on.The second part consists of four chapters.The first chapter is the historical formation of Engels’ ecological ethics thought,which is explained from different stages such as germination,Formation,maturity and development,and tries to sort out and clarify the evolution context of Engels’ ecological ethics thought from his original works.The second chapter focuses on the main theme of the relationship between man and nature,focuses on the ethical thought contained in Engels’ ecological view of nature,ecological labor,ecological values and ecological history,and the internal correlation between them,and tries to present the original appearance of Engels’ ecological ethical thought.The third chapter discusses the distinctive characteristics of the unity of historicity and dialectics,scientifically and practicality,foresight and revolution of Engels’ ecological ethics thought from the logical framework of Engels’ ecological ethics thought;It abstractly summarizes the theoretical essence of promoting social progress and people’s free and all-round development,so as to realize the double reconciliation between man and nature and between man and man.The fourth chapter starts from the contemporary enlightenment of Engels’ ecological ethics thought.From the historical tense,Engels’ ecological ethics is not only the sublation of Anthropocentrism,but also makes a pioneering contribution to Marxist ecological ethics thought;From the synchronic point of view,Engels’ ecological ethics not only provides a guide to action for building a beautiful China,but also helps to promote the harmonious coexistence between man and nature.
