With the deepening of basic education reform,the importance of teachers is increasingly reflected.Education internship is responsible for leading the transformation of normal university students from students to teachers.How to better implement the master of full-time education internship and comprehensively improve the teaching level and ability of the master of full-time education,starting from the initial training program,maybe there will be a better beginning and ending.This paper takes two colleges in Guangxi as the research object,using questionnaire survey,interview survey and other research methods,not only makes a comparative analysis of the similarities and differences in education internship training programs of the two colleges,In addition,this paper investigates and analyzes the status quo of graduate students of the subject teaching(geography)from the aspects of curriculum setting,practice effect and practice feedback,and excavates the existing problems.Based on this,the paper puts forward the optimization strategy of education internship for graduate students of the subject teaching(geography)specialty.The main research contents of this paper include the following four parts:The first part is introduction.Through the analysis of the national educational background,it is pointed out that the enrollment of the master of full-time education continues to expand,but the quality of education internship has not been significantly improved,so how to improve the ability of postgraduate education internship remains to be solved.Through the analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad,it can be seen that the current domestic and foreign research on the impact of education internship on the master of full-time education is not deep enough,especially the existing research does not get strong evidence that education internship in the implementation of the master of full-time geography education training program.Among the existing research subjects,there are too few literatures on the education internship of postgraduate students specializing in the discipline teaching(geography),and there is a lack of research on improving and improving the effect of education internship from the perspective of training programs.The first part is the introduction.Through the research background,research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,concept definition,research methods around master of full-time education and internship for education are described.The second part is a comparative study on the content of education internship in the training program of graduate students of the subject teaching(geography).Through comparison and analysis,respectively from the basic situation,purpose and content of the education internship,education internship of organization and management,education internship evaluation,and summary of the normal university and comparative study the G normal university and N normal university discipline graduate students of the subject teaching(geography)training program in the similarities and differences between the education internship.The findings: G Normal University recruited the graduate students of subject teaching(geography)early,but the annual enrollment is small,and the enrollment requirements and course learning are relatively strict.The training objectives are not limited to middle school geography teachers;The purpose and content of education internship are listed in detail.The organization of education internship in N normal university is more centralized,which is conducive to management;The evaluation content of education internship is more detailed.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the status quo of postgraduate education internship in geography.By combining questionnaire survey and interview survey,this paper analyzes the status of graduate students of the subject teaching(geography)in G normal University and N Normal University before and after their education internship.The results show that: 1)Due to the diversity of enrollment sources,students’ professional basis is uneven;2)The teaching curriculum needs to be further integrated with middle schools;3)The preparation at the early stage of education internship is not sufficient,and the teaching guidance obtained during the education internship is significantly different;4)Although the education internship has gained a lot,there is still room for efforts.The curriculum needs to be improved and there are many external factors.Through the investigation,it is found that the two universities have the following deficiencies in the training of the graduate students of the discipline teaching(geography)major: 1)the goal of the training program needs to be further clarified;2)The implementation of professional curriculum needs to be optimized,the practical teaching courses are too few,and the curriculum arrangement is too tight,and the professional curriculum is not closely connected with middle school teaching;3)The implementation of the dual tutorial system needs to be improved;4)The implementation of education internship evaluation system needs to be improved,and there is a lack of unified evaluation standards for education practice.The fourth part is to implement the optimization strategy of training program for postgraduate education internship of subject teaching(geography).In view of the problems found in the survey,the following optimization is proposed for the implementation and training program of master of full-time education internship in Guangxi colleges : 1)Clear training objectives of education internship and list them in detail;2)Optimize the curriculum setting of subject teaching(geography)training,pay attention to the close connection between curriculum setting and middle school teaching,and strengthen the effectiveness and pertinence of practical courses;3)Perfect and implement the dual tutor system,both in quantity and quality;4)Improve and implement the evaluation system of education internship,try to develop a set of perfect evaluation system of education internship. |
