The Analysis Of Local Position In Pan Dalin’s Novels

Based on the local knowledge of southeast Guangxi,Pan Dalin shows the marginal culture which is different from the mainstream culture and highlights the brilliance of the marginal people’s life.This paper is divided into four parts.The first chapter mainly describes the relevant concepts of local knowledge and analyzes the life order contained in local culture.Local knowledge includes not only local knowledge but also local position.This section mainly analyzes the rituals,Cantonese dialects,folk songs and local legends in southeast Guangxi,and finds that rituals,dialects and legends are not only local living customs but also local knowledge,which hides the order of local life.Those orders build the construction of the life in southeast Guangxi.The second chapter analyzes the beliefs of ancestors and local deities in southeast Guangxi,and finds that belief is not superstition,but a local way to cure diseases,so as to explore the deep connection between local belief and individual spirit,and construct a place where the soul can be placed.The third chapter discusses the emotional conversion of the people in southeast Guangxi.Mainly from the local life experience to explore the profound and complex feelings between human being and region.Rely on the emotion established with farmers,local cadres can effectively mobilize farmers to practice the national policy.Local disputes are decided by trusted elders or gods rather than legal procedures,which shows the practice and maintenance of local knowledge in daily life and reflects the complex relationship between local culture and power.Chapter four analyzes the phenomena of daily life,such as folk songs are loved by local people as a special form of aesthetic,and people suffer from physical and psychological pain,etc.,pointing out the coupling relationship between daily life and aesthetic,revealing the essence of life and the value of ordinary life.
