Research On Lu Dalin's Neo-Confucianism

Neo-Confucianism is an important academic thought in the history of Chinese philosophy.In face of the impact of Buddhism and Taoism to Confucian subject status,Confucians scholar with a sense of responsibility explain Li and qi,mind and character,knowledge and practice,god and men and so on from a new Angle.In order to explain and demonstrate the rationality of Confucianism in theory.Thus,the history of neo-confucianism in Chinese culture is consistent with the inheritance and innovation of The Times.Therefore,they made their own contributions to the creation and foundation of neo-confucianism from different levels:the bibliology of Shaoyong,the Lianxue of Zhoudunyi,the Guanxue of Zhangzai,Lvxue of Lv brothers,the neo-confucianism of Chengzhu ang heart-mind theory of Lujiuyuan and Wangyangming.The true founder of neo-confucianism is zhangzai and Cheng brothers.It is of great significance for the development of the whole neo-confucianism to be represented by guan xue and luo xue.However,the most typical and most concentrated expression of guan and luo’s study is Lv Dalin.He first learn from Zhangzai,later from Cheng brothers.His thouts is in connection with Guanxue and Luoxue.And he had some influence on zhu xi’s thought and lu wang’s psychology.Therefore,lv’s thought is of great significance in the song and Ming dynasties.In this paper,the main we discusses his Critical inheritance of the theory of Zhangzai and Cheng brothers.And during the disscussion,he produce his theory of Liqi and theory of mind and character.Also his influence on zhu xi and Lujiuyuan and Wangyangming’s philosophy of the mind.In order to fully demonstrate Lu Dalin’s Neo-Confucianism.On Lu Dalin’s Ontological Thought,Lv inherited the thought of "nature and Tao" of his teacher zhang zai.As well as put forward his own theory:the god and Tao,mind and character.During the study of Guan period,Lv dalin formed the idea of "all things are both QI and Li".His theory of "all Qi is one" is the same as Zhangzai’s theory of Qi.In mind theory,Lv also talk about conscience just like Mengzi.His theory of conscience is both virtuous mind and pure heart.In terms of conscience,in order to keep one’s virtuous mind,one need to search his virtuous mind,restraint lusts,and know about the hitoshi.In terms of the character,he think"the nature and Tao are link together","the nature is neutral".So one can’t shelter his good nature.So that one need to "refining nature change temperament".Besides,one need to be restricted by etiquette rules.Lu Darlin’s Neo-Confucianism has had an important influence on later generations.Zhu Zi praised him very much.In particular,he conducted an in-depth study of his "The Note of Zhongyong." And based on this,he got a lot of inspiration.Lv Dalin’s "original heart" thought is also of great significance to Lu Jiuyuan’s mind study.In Lu’s ideology system,"rational"is compatible with "qi".He is the maintainer of Confucian Confucianism.His is also a science scientist with a unique personal ideology.Due to the untimely death of the country,his thinking has not yet formed a complete system and has some immature aspects.But its ideological value and its significance in the development of science cannot be ignored.
