An Analysis Of Employment Status Of Cambodian Student Study In Guangxi（2013-2021）

After China put forward the Belt and Road Initiative,Cambodia responded positively and the exchanges and cooperation between the two countries increased day by day,especially in humanities and education cooperation.The number of Cambodian students studying in Guangxi is growing rapidly and the scale of studying abroad is expanding.With the spread of COVID-19 across the world,the employment situation has become increasingly complex.The employment status of Cambodian students in Guangxi and the factors affecting their employment choices have become an important issue.In this paper,Cambodian student study in Guangxi are selected as the research subject.Quantitative and qualitative research methods are adopted to understand the employment status of foreign students through questionnaire survey,and then the two-way push-pull theory is used to analyze the factors influencing the employment choice of Cambodian students.After sorting out and reviewing the "push and pull theory",this paper holds that the thrust and pull force will always act on population flow,and the same thrust and pull force will present different forces to individuals at different stages.The results show that the majority of Cambodian students studying in Guangxi come back to Cambodia for employment,while few stayed in China for employment.From the perspective of external factors,it is mainly affected by the good policy environment,economic development speed and cultural adaptation of the destination country.From the perspective of internal factors,family factors are the main factor.
