A Practice Report On Simulated Simultaneous Interpreting Under The Guidance Of Gile’s Interpretation Comprehension Equation ——Taking "The Speech Of Xi Jinping At A Ceremony Marking The Centenary Of The Communist Party Of China" As

Guided by Gill’s Interpretation Comprehension Equation,this practice report selects XI’s speech at the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China as the material for simulative simultaneous interpretation.On the one hand,this study is expected to analyze the problems in simultaneous interpretation,and then to put forward practical translation strategies and summarize them,on the other hand,General Secretary XI’s speech covered a wealth of knowledge of party history,the simulated interpretation of the speech will help Vietnamese scholars better understand the Communist Party of China.The practice report consists of four parts: task description,process description,case study and practice summary.Among them,the case analysis of interpretation is the focus of this practice report.In the case analysis part,under the guidance of Jill’s interpreter to understand the formula,the author analyzes the relevant typical cases from the language knowledge barrier,extra-linguistic knowledge barrier and the analysis barrier.Through this simulated simultaneous interpretation practice,the author summarizes the experience of simultaneous interpretation,in order to provide inspiration and reference for translation colleagues.
