| At present,the development of public cultural services in China regards high quality as the goal of continuous pursuit.Rural cultural construction is an important part of public services and the internal driving force of rural revitalization,which cannot be ignored.In recent years,the diversification of demand for public cultural services is a challenge for countryside where the development of public cultural undertakings is relatively slow.The central and local governments have attached great importance to cultural construction in rural areas.In order to make up for the shortcomings of public cultural development,and then improve the overall quality of public cultural services,it has been repeatedly emphasized that the countryside should be regarded as a key area for cultural construction.In the face of social attention,government promotion and financial investment,it is particularly important to understand the evaluation and advice of villagers who are the recipients of rural public cultural services.Thesis compiles the literature and theories of public cultural services at home and abroad,combining New Public Service Theory and Service Quality Gap Model.Initially it uses the SERVQUAL Evaluation Scale to construct an index system for evaluating the quality of rural public cultural services in Sichuan Province in seven aspects:responsiveness,standardization,empathy,convenience,reliability,assurance,and tangibility.The evaluation index system of rural public cultural service quality in Sichuan province was finally formed by screening indicators and weights at all levels through the hierarchical analysis process and the Delphi method.It adopts the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to select one city in each of the five economic zones in Sichuan Province to evaluate the quality of rural public cultural services.The application results of the five economic zones show that increasing the number of public cultural service activities alone is no longer enough to meet the cultural needs of villagers,and it is especially important to provide high-quality rural public cultural service.And the evaluation results show that the service quality of Chengdu and Yibin is excellent,that of Nanchong and Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture is good,and that of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is qualified,indicating that there is still much room for improvement in the quality of rural public cultural services in Sichuan Province.Through in-depth analysis of the results,it is found that the main reasons for the poor quality of rural public cultural services are the lack of service awareness among staff,the weak construction of talent teams,the poor information expression and feedback mechanisms,and the low level of information construction in rural areas.At last,thesis conducts countermeasure research based on the above-mentioned reasons and tries to provide a realistic path choice for improving the quality of rural public cultural services in Sichuan Province. |
