Research On The Current Situation And Evaluation Of Public Cultural Services In Minhou County

With the improvement of people’s living standard and appreciation level,they have more and more demands for spiritual civilization and cultural life and higher requirements for public cultural services.To meet the people’s new expectations for a better life,we must provide a rich spiritual food.Therefore,how to conform to the trend of development of The Times,make full scientific and effective integration of public cultural resources with a forward-looking vision,and constantly improve the construction of public cultural services is an inevitable choice in line with the development requirements of The Times and the needs of the people.Minhou County is one of the famous overseas Chinese hometowns in Fujian Province and one of the first batch of coastal open counties in China.In recent years,with the further development of the economy and society and the further improvement of people’s living standards,the construction of public cultural services has received more and more attention.Under the background of the establishment of the third batch of national public cultural service system demonstration zones in Fuzhou,this paper mainly takes the construction of public cultural services in Minhou County as the research object,and evaluates the theoretical basis through in-depth analysis and application of public cultural services and public services.Comprehensive use of literature research methods,comparative analysis methods,questionnaire survey methods,etc.,using a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to build a public cultural service evaluation system.Then further collect the relevant data of Minhou County for analysis,and deeply analyze the current situation of public cultural service construction in Minhou County,and the bottlenecks and shortcomings in the four aspects of equalization,standardization,scientific and efficiency.At the same time,it analyzes the causes of these problems and puts forward some suggestions:First,integrate resources to enhance the supply and service capabilities of public cultural products;second,strengthen the construction of public cultural service talents and provide a strong support for building public cultural services.The third is to increase the transformation of local cultural resources and improve the effective supply of public cultural products;Fourth,improve the scientific layout of public cultural services,strengthen the docking of supply and demand;Fifth,deepen the reform of cultural system and promote the social development of public cultural services.Sixth is to strengthen the protection of public cultural service construction elements and coordinate urban and rural cultural development.It is hoped that through in-depth analysis and research on the construction of public cultural services in Minhou County,it will be able to provide some help to improve the construction of public cultural services.
