Since its release in 2019,the domestic animation film "Nezha" has made remarkable achievements.It has made great achievements both in business and art.Today,the second work 《Jiang Ziya》of the "God universe" created by the film has been online,but its reputation is far from that of "Nezha","Nezha" is a classic in many aspects.In view of this,through the comparative analysis of the original story source of Fengshen romance and the former representative work 《Prince Nezha’s Triumph Against Dragon King,combined with the theory of image narratology,this paper selects the image narrative of?Nezha?as the incision to explore the excellent development direction of domestic animation films,in order to get a deeper understanding of the image narrative of animation filmsThe first chapter is the introduction,which briefly introduces the domestic and foreign status quo of the research on the image narrative of the animation film "Nezha" and expounds the theoretical and practical significance of the research object.In the second chapter,through the reconstruction of the image narrative theme and character setting of "Nezha" to discuss how the animated film tells a good story through innovation.In the image narrative theme,through the analysis of the development status of domestic animation film image narrative theme,it is found that many themes are no longer suitable for modern public aesthetic and identity,and the film breaks the traditional theme,will be self-criticism The spirit of modernism,which is based on my hard work,is instilled in the film,which makes the theme story of Chinese traditional culture and modern new knowledge integrated together.At the same time,this narrative theme is constantly deepened into the audience’s heart in the process of image narrative through the reconstruction of characters.The third chapter analyzes how the sound and image narrative of "Nezha" achieves innovative development through the innovative research on the sound and image narrative elements.In the sound part,it studies the dramatic role played by dubbing and the theme core expressed at a deep level,and the role played by dubbing in promoting narrative.In the image aspect,it analyzes the visual impact brought by three kinds of mirror movements It also discusses the artistic style and causes of the film.The fourth chapter deconstructs the breakthrough in the image narrative structure of "Nezha".The first is the flexible application of the "binary opposition" of the traditional Chinese drama structure.The second is the analysis of the absorption of the narrative structure of the film to foreign culture.Through the three act drama structure,the story of the theme of traditional Chinese culture is wonderful.The fifth chapter thinks about the Enlightenment of the image narrative of "Nezha" to Chinese Animation film,analyzes and summarizes the inspiration brought by the advantages of theme content,character setting,sound and painting elements and narrative structure for domestic animation film,and discusses the development of Chinese Animation film which has been affected by it in recent two years.Finally,it concludes that the domestic animation film must have the courage to innovate,give full play to the subjective initiative,actively combine the new knowledge under the objective law,understand and carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture,combine the new knowledge with the old knowledge,create the national animation film with Chinese characteristics full of the spirit of the modern era,take root in the local and go to the world.
