In the 17th and 18th centuries,Chinese porcelain was introduced to Europe through the Silk Road,and it exerted a wide influence on the art field in Europe,not only affecting European ceramic design,but also architectural design,costume design,garden design and so on.China and Europe this period of intercultural communication to promote the development of European art,inspired the European art of interpretation and,in the Chinese style design was introduced into Europe,it was Europe to escape the repression of baroque art,and the Chinese art of structured and rigorous reflect the interest point of western art at that time,Chinese art and the aesthetic europeans.It was also during this period that the decorative modeling of Western art developed vigorously.This paper aims to analyze the influence of Chinese porcelain patterns on European porcelain patterns.Through the evolution of Chinese porcelain patterns on European porcelain,it is concluded that "Chinese style design" is not the blind imitation and copying of European Chinese ceramics,but a process from imitation to creation,as well as a transition from the material level to the spiritual level.The effect of the cross-cultural also showed two different functions: on the former,it is a form of innovation and expression,which is embodied in the form of perception,because it has a completely different meaning,so it is easier to be formal,symbolically,to use natural informs of Chinese art will be neat.As for the latter,it played a positive role in promoting the development of western art itself.The convergence of Chinese and Western art,whether it is copying,playing and recreating,reflects the aesthetic taste of western art at that time: orderly and rigorous.
