Seclusion,as a special cultural phenomenon in ancient China,has always accompanied the development of ancient Chinese feudal society.The seclusion of poets in the prosperous Tang Dynasty presents typical characteristics of the prosperous age,generally with a strong utilitarian purpose,which greatly pulls in the distance between official and seclusion,showing differences from their predecessors.The most prominent feature of the seclusion mentality of poets in the prosperous Tang Dynasty is that it has an unprecedented close relationship with "officials",which is closely around "officials".The seclusion mentality of the poets in the prosperous Tang Dynasty is mainly divided into three types.The positive and enterprising mentality of being an official means that the poets have a strong desire to help the world,which is the most common seclusion mentality of the poets in the prosperous Tang Dynasty.The indifferent relief mentality of abandoning official career and hiding is the pastoral mentality of those who cherished the world and longed to enter the official career in their early years,but finally released from the pursuit of official career and gave up pursuing official career.The peace and leisure mentality of half official and half hidden is the mentality of some poets in the prosperous Tang Dynasty,who are not satisfied with their official career and can not completely give up their official career.Therefore,they are implicit in their official career and hope to get spiritual salvation in their leisure life in the way of physical and mental separation.This paper is mainly divided into three chapters to study the seclusion mentality of poets in the prosperous Tang Dynasty and its causes and influence:The first chapter mainly discusses the reasons for the seclusion of poets in the prosperous Tang Dynasty.This chapter is divided into three parts.It analyzes the reasons for the prosperity of seclusion in the prosperous Tang Dynasty from three angles: policy,system and thought.The first part is that the emperor’s preferential treatment to hermits in the prosperous Tang Dynasty is one of the important reasons to promote the development of seclusion in the prosperous Tang Dynasty.The second part is the imperial examination system and the imperial examination system,which demonstrates the role of the imperial examination and the imperial examination system in promoting the seclusion and prosperity of the prosperous Tang Dynasty.The third part is Taoism and Zen thought,which holds that Buddhism and Taoism thought provides a habitat for the soul of poets who fail to seek official positions.The second chapter discusses the types of seclusion mentality of poets in the prosperous Tang Dynasty.The first part is the active and enterprising mentality of being an official but hiding,which is the main mentality of the poets in the prosperous Tang Dynasty.Taking the poets in the prosperous Tang Dynasty and Li Bai as an example,it is considered that its most remarkable feature is strong purposefulness.The second part analyzes their life experience and seclusion mentality by taking Meng Haoran and Zu Yong as examples.Seclusion is their independent choice after their official career is not smooth or failed.The third part takes Wang Wei and Zhang Wei as examples.It is believed that this mentality is a kind of spiritual adjustment and protection of poets living in official life.The third chapter discusses the turning significance and influence of the seclusion mentality of poets in the prosperous Tang Dynasty.This chapter holds that the transformation of the seclusion mentality of the poets in the prosperous Tang Dynasty promoted the complexity of the seclusion mentality,and gradually separated the seclusion from its original face,from the mountains and forests to the market and even to the court,and from the body to the heart,which made the poets find a new possibility between official and seclusion. |
