Research On Xun Yu,a Politician In The Late Han Dynasty

Xun Yu was a statesman and celebrity in the late Eastern Han Dynasty,who had a influence on the political situation in the late Han Dynasty."Three Kingdoms","Han Han Shu" and other historical books recorded his life deeds.This article intends to conduct a comprehensive study of Xun Yu’s life stories,causes of death and influences,and on this basis,analyzes and studies Xun Yu’s words,deeds,political stance,and Xun Yu’s death and other related issues.Studying Xun Yu’s life story and the influence of Xun Yu’s death on the current situation can provide a reference for accurately evaluating Xun Yu’s contribution and historical status.This article firstly studies Xun Yu’s words,deeds and political positions,and discusses from several aspects: the reason for backing Yuan to Cao Cao,the consideration of welcoming Emperor Han,the recommendation of talents and other related deeds of Xun Yu.Secondly,the study of Xun Yu’s thought was conducted to explore whether Xun Yu was really a loyal minister of the Han Dynasty believed by some traditional historians.Study the cause of Xun Yu’s death again.Finally,it mainly studies the influence of Xun Yu’s death,including the influence on the political situation at that time,the influence of Xun Yu’s death on his two sons Xun Yi and Xun Can,and the influence on the transformation of scholar style.This paper strives to have a relatively complete and systematic understanding of Xun Yu,which will help to have a deeper understanding of the political situation at the end of the Han Dynasty and provide a certain reference for related research.
