A Study On The Business Situation Of Sports Dance Clubs In Urumqi Under The Influence Of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia And Countermeasures

Sport dance,also known as International Standard,has a profound artistic connotation and helps to cultivate the body and strengthen the body,which has gained popularity and participation from the public,especially children.At the end of 2019,the new coronavirus pneumonia spread rapidly across the country,posing a serious challenge to the normal development of various national undertakings,and Urumqi sports dance clubs were also affected.Based on this,it is particularly necessary and important to investigate and analyse the business situation of sports dance clubs in Urumqi and the factors affecting them,and put forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy and orderly development of clubs and sports dance in the post-epidemic era.This study uses mathematical and statistical methods,literature,interviews,questionnaires,SWOT analysis and other research methods to investigate the business situation of sports dance clubs in Urumqi during the new coronavirus pneumonia,and to explore the development path of sports dance clubs in the post-epidemic era.The results of the study showed that:1.Due to the impact of the novel coronavirus pneumonia,the normal business and operations of the Urumqi Dance and Sport Club,including the number of students,instructors,class hours,sports competitions and financial situation of the club,have been greatly affected;however,the club attaches great importance to the implementation of the requirements related to the prevention and control of the novel coronavirus pneumonia and can strictly follow the requirements of the novel coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control to improve the facilities of the venue.Managers,instructors and parents are positive about the future development of the Urumqi Dance Club.2.In the face of the unfavourable situation caused by the novel coronavirus pneumonia,Urumqi sports dance clubs have adopted methods to negotiate lower rents,lower tuition fees to reduce the amount of classes and class fees in their operations to alleviate the financial problems.The main reason why some of the sports dance clubs did not operate normally was because the impact of the new coronavirus pneumonia was too great and too few students were enrolled.3.During the period of the new coronavirus pneumonia,the teaching format of sports dance clubs in Urumqi changed from offline classes to online classes,and the clubs organised teachers to take part in training and learning of online teaching software on their own initiative.Although online teaching is novel,it is relatively inefficient due to the inability to achieve real-time monitoring,real-time correction of instructional details and other aspects,and the network is sometimes unstable,and the quality of teaching is not guaranteed.For this reason some parents do not "buy" into the effectiveness of online tuition4.The advantages of sports dance clubs in Urumqi are their geographical location,the confidence of the industry and the continuous optimisation of the teaching model;the opportunities such as the importance of the local government,the expanding audience and the health theme;but at the same time there are also disadvantages such as the imperfect rules of the industry,the lack of professionalism and the tendency of vicious competition,as well as the need to face changes in the consumption structure of parents,difficulties in the operation of the clubs and threats such as weak teachers.There are also threats such as changing parental consumption structure,difficulties in club operations and weak online training for teachers.In response to the existing problems,this study proposes countermeasures and recommendations for sports dance clubs in the post-epidemic era: improve emergency measures to do a good job related to the prevention and control of novel coronavirus pneumonia;adhere to the concept of consumer services in management,learn from advanced experiences at home and abroad,and can be guided by national policies to expand the club’s funding channels through loans from banks,shareholder participation and shareholding by employees and teaching staff,change the management model and Innovative development of the operation system;strengthening the teaching model that integrates the development of online and offline to meet the teaching needs of different students;timely transformation of teaching staff,regular organisation of team training activities to promote teaching standards and improve the quality of online teaching,optimisation and improvement of the reward mechanism in order to improve teachers’ motivation and increase the satisfaction and trust of students and parents;bringing maximum benefits to members.
