| Sport dance entered China in 1980,from now on already has about half a century,comparing the traditional sports,Although the history is not very long,dance sport is developing very fast,gradually into the public vision and life,and formed a certain market scale,accumulated a large number of sports dance population.With the improvement of domestic economic level,people also pay more attention to spiritual needs,sports and dance training institutions have good prospects for development.However,as a foreign sport,sports dance in the process of domestic dissemination,popularity and rapid development,lack of research on the business model of sports dance training institutions,it’s not good for the developing of dance sport.This article mainly uses the literature method,the field investigation method,the questionnaire survey method,the expert interview method,the logic analysis method and so on method to make the objective investigation and analysis to the Yangtze River Delta area sports dance training institution present situation and the development development model in recent years,and to make timely adjustments and innovations to meet new challenges,optimize the existing business model,and then inject more vitality into the market.Through in-depth investigation and research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The Yangtze river delta sport dance training institution are similar in curriculum setting and after-school services,and fail to combine the characteristics of students in each school area to create distinctive courses and services.the sport dance institutions lack core competitiveness and campus characteristics.the lack of corresponding publicity leads to the low popularity of the campus.the existence of these problems is not conducive to the further development of sport dance training institutions.2.From the product or service interface of the sports dance training institutions in the Yangtze River Delta,the value proposition of the sports dance training institutions corresponds to the customer segmentation,which can provide valuable services to consumers3.According to the asset management interface of sports dance training institutions in the Yangtze River Delta,there is lack of brand building in the campus in the core resources and the key business lack of the management of teachers’ teams.Most sports dance training institutions need part-time teachers to undertake part-time teaching tasks,but they are faced with the disadvantages of large turnover of part-time teachers4.According to the customer interface of the sports dance training institutions in the Yangtze River Delta,the value proposition of the sports dance training institutions conforms to the customer segmentation,has a good customer relationship,and in the channel access the channel of establishing contact with customers lacks the management and maintenance of special personnel5.According to the financial interface of the sports dance training institutions in the Yangtze River Delta,the source of income is single,mainly the courses training fee,and the development of the peripheral derivatives is insufficient6.It is suggested that the sports and dance training institutions in the Yangtze River Delta should develop diversified curriculum contents and forms;strengthen the training and management of teachers;attach importance to the construction of campus culture and brand open up channels and channels;and expand the source of income. |
