| The research selected the Weibo platform and adopted big data research methods to study the emotional expression characteristics of Weibo users before and after COVID-19 epidemic.And it used online text analysis technology to analyze the emotional expression characteristics of Weibo users with different personality types.In Study 1,we randomly crawled the Weibo data of 2,034 active Weibo users,and obtained 1,301,680 pieces of Weibo data.We conducted research in three aspects:(1)Analyze the frequency of emotional words in the text data of Weibo within one year before and after the arrival of COVID-19 epidemic.(2)Analyze the emotional expression tendency of Weibo users during the months after the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic on a monthly basis.(3)Analyze the emotional expression tendency of Weibo users in different provinces during COVID-19 epidemic.In the second study,380 people were selected from the sample of the first study to fill in the Short Form Big Five Personality Inventory(NEO-FFI).As a result,60 valid questionnaires were collected and 5334 Weibo data were crawled.We conducted research in the following two aspects:(1)The scores of the five dimensions of the five-dimensional personality of the subjects were evaluated by the short-form Big Five Personality Scale,and the online text analysis method was used to calculate the frequency of both "positive emotional words" and "negative emotional words" in the text of each subject’s microblog data.SPSS22.0 was used to carry out correlation analysis of the subjects’ five dimensions of personality and emotional expression tendency.(2)Take the top 27% of the subjects in each dimension of the Big Five Personality Short Form Scale as the high group of that dimension.Use the "Wenxin" Chinese psychoanalysis system to process the microblog text data of the high-grouped subjects of each dimension,and analyze the text characteristics of the high-grouped subjects of each dimension.Based on this,this study has drawn the following conclusions:(1)The COVID-19 epidemic has an impact on the emotions of Weibo texts published by netizens.Netizens expressed fewer positive emotions,more negative emotions,and expressed more anxiety words and angry words in 2020..(2)With the advent of the COVID-19 epidemic,the frequency of positive emotion words in Weibo data texts in February,March,and April of2020 decreased month by month,and the frequency of negative emotion words was at the highest point in February 2020.(3)The three provinces with the highest negative sentiment during the COVID-19 epidemic were Henan,Hubei and Sichuan,and the provinces with lower negative sentiment were Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.(4)Neuroticism and positive emotional words are significantly and negatively correlated(p<0.01);extroversion and positive emotional words are significantly and positively correlated(p<0.01),and extroversion and negative emotional words are significantly and positively correlated(p<0.05);Openness is significantly and positively correlated with positive emotional words,and significantly and positively correlated with negative emotional words(p<0.01).(5)The frequency of positive emotion words in the subjects in the low neuroticism group was significantly higher than that of the subjects in the middle and high groups;the frequency of positive emotion words in the subjects in the high extroversion group was significantly higher than that of the subjects in the middle and low groups;The frequency of positive emotional words of the subjects of the high group was significantly higher than that of the middle and low groups.(6)The most common words used by subjects in the high neuroticism group were response words,negative emotion words,and social words;the most common words used by the high extroversion group were positive emotional words and non-specific personal pronouns;the most common words used by the participants of high openness group were positive emotional words,colons,and the first person pronouns "I";the most common words used by the subjects in the high agreeableness group were positive emotional words,first person pronouns,and exclamation marks;the most common words used by subjects in the high conscientious group were "I",positive emotional words,and continuation words. |
