In this paper,151 foreign students participating in online Chinese teaching are taken as the research object,a variety of research methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey and interview are used,and the collected data are statistically analyzed by spss23.0.The main problems of this study are as follows: the satisfaction of foreign students in the process of online Chinese teaching;Impact factors and problems arising from the satisfaction of foreign students with online Chinese teaching;Whether there are significant differences in the satisfaction of online Chinese teaching among foreign students of different gender,place of origin,educational level and HSK level;The influence relationship between variables in the designed satisfaction model;Suggestions to effectively improve the satisfaction of foreign students in online Chinese teaching.What we can know from the research results is that: first,the factors affecting foreign students’ satisfaction with online Chinese teaching are teachers,online interactions,online course resources and online teaching environments.Second,among the surveyed foreign students,more than 85% are basically satisfied with their online Chinese teaching(3 points)and above,and the level of learner satisfaction has exceeded expectations.Third,in the difference analysis,there are only significant differences in the satisfaction of online Chinese teaching of foreign students from different sources.The fourth is to verify the research hypothesis,analyze and modify the overseas students’ online Chinese teaching satisfaction index model.Therefore,according to the results,it is proposed that teachers should exchange and share teaching skills and methods in training and seminars;Strengthen the supervision of the school and improve the evaluation management measures.For online interaction,it is proposed to answer questions regularly and provide teaching assistants;Add interactive activity design.For online course resources,it is proposed to provide richer and diversified course resources;Guide and supervise students to use curriculum resources effectively.For the online teaching environment,it is proposed to increase the investment and maintenance of teaching network communication;Optimize the platform design and improve the platform learning service support level;Rely on big data platform to improve online teaching quality.This study can help teachers better carry out online Chinese teaching,and provide reference for the research on the satisfaction of foreign students in online Chinese teaching.At the same time,it is expected to be helpful to increase the satisfaction of foreign students in online Chinese teaching.
