| After Chinese landscape painting entered the 20 th century,with the continuous integration of eastern and Western cultures,more and more Chinese painting has been influenced by Western painting language.Many Chinese painters have also enriched the Chinese traditional aesthetic language and expression methods through the absorption and reference of Western painting skills.At the same time,they have also made a new exploration into the development of landscape painting.The current Chinese landscape painting presents a rich and diversified means of expression,in which the use of "light and shadow" element is a more typical means of expression.This paper takes modern Chinese landscape painting as the research content,and provides valuable clues for the development of landscape painting in the future by analyzing the role and significance of "light and shadow" elements in modern Chinese landscape painting.The first part expounds the concept of "light and shadow" in nature and the works and performance characteristics of "light and shadow" in traditional Chinese painting;The second part specifically expounds the blending and collision of eastern and Western cultures in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,as well as the initial introduction of the "light and shadow" theory in Western painting thought into China.On this basis,some Chinese landscape painters in the 20 th century absorbed and borrowed the light and shadow expression techniques of Western painting,and gradually changed their painting techniques;The third part takes the paintings of Huang Binhong,Lin Fengmian and Li Keran as examples to analyze the significance of the application of "light and shadow" element in modern Chinese landscape painting,and finally expounds the author’s understanding and application of "light and shadow" in creation Abstract. |
