With the rapid development of China’s economy and the deepening of the reform of basic education system,the all-round development of teenagers’ comprehensive literacy has attracted extensive attention.The related field of art education is developing rapidly.In particular,the art education in public institutions outside schools is not only in line with the current educational background,but also conducive to the healthy growth of teenagers and the implementation of quality education.However,the development of out of school art education often stays at the level of classroom teaching,and the management of art education has not been further optimized,so that there are many problems in the sustainable development of out of school art education.The innovation of this study first lies in the particularity of the research subject.Taking the Youth Activity Center in X District of Shanghai as an example,it is the only public off campus institution in X District of Shanghai.Combined with working experience,the author will focus on the current situation and effectiveness,existing problems and causes of art education management in public off campus institutions.Secondly,the research perspective has also made a new attempt.Through the methods of interview research and questionnaire survey,this paper reflects the problems existing in the management of art education in public off campus institutions.Based on Gardner’s art thought,situational education method and organizational learning theory,this paper analyzes the reasons for the differences in teaching and organizational performance of out of school art education management.Finally,the research content has also been expanded.The goal of art education is not only to learn art,but also to understand art,so as to promote the all-round development of teenagers’ comprehensive quality.Therefore,it is necessary to give Optimization Countermeasures in the four dimensions of the content,methods,approaches and evaluation methods of art education management in public off campus institutions,and put forward corresponding suggestions to ensure the management of art education,including grass-roots teachers and managers of art education.The research objects involve students and parents.In order to give better play to the function of art education management in public off campus institutions,we can improve the optimization power of art education management by strengthening infrastructure,improving teachers’ team,advocating scientific management mode,and using the Internet for resource integration.On the one hand,it has promoted the promotion of art education,so that more students can participate in art education and more parents can understand the important position of art education in quality education;On the other hand,we can deepen the management of art education,make art education courses more colorful,and provide guarantee for students to feel the charm of art.The research process of this paper from finding problems to analyzing the causes of problems,and then to giving Management Optimization Countermeasures and suggestions.Finally,it plays a certain guiding significance for other public off campus institutions in China and has universal value. |
