Research And Application Of The Narrative Mode Of Animation From The Perspective Of Women

Since the 21st century,as the development of digital technology has brought new opportunities to animation art,animation,as a kind of communication media,has had an impact on society.With the emergence of feminist trends,it has brought about the emancipation of women’s mind and the change of society’s concept of women.Animations gradually appear to express women’s opinions and write women’s emotions.This article mainly focuses on the changes of female characters in animation brought about by the development of feminist trends,and through the intersection of feminist trends and film narratology,explores the development and deficiencies of female perspectives and narrative models in modern female-themed animations.This article is divided into five chapters for description.The first chapter is the introduction,narrating the current domestic and international research on the female perspective and narrative mode of animated films,as well as the research significance and purpose,research content and methods of this thesis.The second chapter starts with the formation of gender roles,mainly through the discussion and analysis of the aesthetics of animation on social gender and gender characteristics,and reflects on the embarrassing situation faced by female characters in mainstream animation.The third chapter starts from feminism,briefly expounds the development of feminist thoughts and the influence of feminist thoughts on the concept of women in social culture.In addition,through the analysis of female animation creators and their representative works,we can feel the emotional expression of female creators in animation film creation.The fourth chapter elaborates the unique narrative mode in female theme animation,starting from the narrative perspective of animation,separately elaborates the difference and characteristics of omniscience and limited knowledge.Secondly,narratology divides the narrative structure,which can be roughly divided into linear narrative and non-linear narrative,and analyze them separately.Finally,it discusses the narrative time of animation,and analyzes the narrative,flashback and multiple narratives with the film as examples.The fifth chapter draws on the narrative strategy of female-themed animation and creates an animated short film "Day".Analyze the narrative theme,narrative perspective and narrative structure of the short story,and write the heroine’s unique femininity and emotional expression.The summary part reviews the full text,sums up the meaning and value of female theme animation,and looks forward to the future.
