Vocabulary is one of the three major elements of a language,and plays a key role in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.In recent years,researches on teaching Chinese as a foreign language are increasingly flourishing.As an old saying goes,food is the life of the people.Food words belong to cultural words.Food words are an important part of the vocabulary and play a very important role in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.Chuci is the source of Chinese romantic poetry,which contains some food vocabulary representing the excellent traditional Chinese cultural characteristics.Chuci from the Angle of the diet culture to comb,classification,based on the theories of cultural input hypothesis,by the methods of literature review,questionnaire interview,statistics induction on this basis,the design of specific teaching cases,and to practice,combining with eating culture and specific meaning of the word to carry out targeted teaching with cultural input.The first chapter of this paper is an introduction,mainly introducing the background,purpose and significance of the topic,and elaborating the theoretical framework of teaching Chinese as a foreign language for food culture words in Chuci from the perspective of cultural input.The second chapter summarizes the research status of food culture words from the aspects of the definition of food culture words,classification ways,the research summary of food culture words in Chuci and the teaching method of Chinese as a foreign language.The third chapter sorts out and classifies the food culture words in Chuci.The food culture words in Chuci are divided into two categories: food and drink.The food culture words are further divided into four sub-categories: meat,grain,cakes and flavoring.Beverage food culture words are divided into alcoholic drinks and non-alcoholic drinks.As the main corpus and teaching content of this study and specific teaching cases,the paper also gives examples of specific cases of teaching Chinese as a foreign language about food culture words.The fourth chapter is aimed at the dietary culture-loaded words in Chuci according to the principles and methods of culture introduction in the actual teaching process,design cases and practice them,in view of the problems in the process of practical teaching,the teaching results of the teaching case analysis and summary,reflect problems and deficiencies,so as to explore the feasibility of the implementation of specific teaching.
