As the carrier of culture,language is the most important communication tool to human.People use language to accumulate knowledge,form culture and cogniz world.Vocabulary is a group company of all the words and fixed phrases in one language.Vocabulary is the building material of one language at the same time,it carries with the pronunciation,grammar and semantics of language.So,vocabulary teaching is quite important in teaching Chinese as a second language.Culture-loaded words is the vocabulary that reflects the unique material culture of a nation's words in one language,is a kind of language phenomenon which produced under the special cultural background.It is hard to find the vocabulary which is exactly the same with culture-loaded words in other languages.so culture-loaded words are also called the "equivalent".Due to the difference of the political system,historical culture and the customs between different countries,it comes to a certain degree of difficulty when teaching culture-loaded words,since teaching Chinese as a secoond language is for the foreign students who come from different races.So it surely become the key points and difficulties in vocabulary teaching.For now,despite a certain amount of research achievements,the study of culture-loaded words and its teaching have not been arranged in a systematic way,and these studies have not been well applied to teaching.So there are still quite a difficult task waiting for us to complete in culture-loaded words and its teaching.This paper,taking the culture-loaded words as the research content,and on the basic of the relevant theoretical research results,analyze the definition,characteristics,classification and importance in teaching Chinese as a second language of culture-loaded words.And then statistically analyze the culture-loaded words in the first,second,third volumes of "Chinese textbook".In this paper,the proportion and distribution characteristics of culture-loaded words in all new words are analyzed.And on this basis of the culture-loaded words in "Chinese textbook",I explore the teaching methods of the culture-loaded words in teaching Chinese as a second language.Finally,I summarize the teaching principles of the culture-loaded words.I hope I can make some contribution to vocabulary teaching in teaching Chinese as a second language.
