The Line Of Flight:a Study Of Gilles Deleuze’s Literary Thought

Gilles Deleuze is one of the postmodern thinkers who cannot be ignored.The scope of his philosophy research is astonishing.His philosophy and art,painting,literature,music,film and other fields have produced conceptual collisions and mutual learning of thinking.Literature is an indelible and irreplaceable element in Deleuze’s thought pedigree.It is literature that continuously contributes to the evolution and generation of Deleuze’s thoughts.However,there has not yet been a systematic and clear study of Deleuze’s literary criticism,which has a lot to do with the scattered distribution of Deleuze’s literary criticism.This research is based on Deleuze’s literary criticism monographs and the insights of literary criticism scattered everywhere.It uses the “the line of flight” as a guide to comb Deleuze’s literary thought,and analyzes the“deterritorialization” “becoming” and other core concepts and the possibility of resonance with the field of literature,in the field of Deleuze’s philosophy research.the final example of Deleuze’s literary criticism is to restore the appearance of Deleuze’s literary thought map and the operating logic behind it as much as possible.First of all,it is necessary to be familiar with the crux of the era that Deleuze’s philosophy responds to.Based on this,Deleuze’s response has landing significance.Then,it discusses Deleuze’s view of territory around the problem of “deterritorialization” in Deleuze’s philosophy,and uses“escape body”——a body without organs and folds——to analyze the relationship between escape and deterritorialisation.In the stratification of isomorphism,it is precisely the segmental control that the readers are trying to escape.Secondly,after sorting out Deleuze’s philosophical background,he shifted from philosophy to the integration of philosophy and literature,and included writing behavior into the “the line of flight” for investigation,and devoted himself to clarifying the relationship between escape,becoming and writing.In order to explore the “flow” and “change”in writing,I cut into the three dimensions of becoming-animal,becomingwoman and becoming-imperceptible,and finally settled on minority literature.It is writing that draws us into the flow of the minority,and also into the flow of becoming and revolution.Minority literature is inherently burdened with potential resistance and deterritorialisation.It is a literary style involving deviation,escape,and the re-delineation of boundaries.It also serves as a sample of the revolutionary literary and philosophical projection within the jurisdiction of Deleuze.Finally,turn the focus to the field of literary criticism,first examine Deleuze’s literary outlook from a clinical perspective and a life perspective,and then analyze Deleuze’s favored literary style in conjunction with specific “escape samples” of British and American literature.Take the literary samples of two dimensions of time and space,that is,the literature of Proust and Kafka as examples.Although the map of Deleuze’s literary thought outlined by the“the line of flight” may not be perfect,nor can it include all the content of Deleuze’s literary criticism,at least to some extent it can draw a path of literary criticism that may have vitality and creativity.
