Based on the ontology knowledge of adjective reduplication in modern Chinese and the related theories of TCFL,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the acquisition of adjective reduplication from Central Asian students in Xinjiang Normal University using the method of corpus analysis and questionnaire survey.Through the data collected by establishing the composition corpus of the students and issuing questionnaires to students among them, this paper investigates the acquisition of 3 types of adjective reduplication(AA(DE),AABB(DE),ABAB(DE))and their main syntactic functions(attribute, adverbial, predicate, complement). It is found that AA(DE)and AABB(DE)adjective reduplication are better mastered by the questionnaired students, especially the acquisition of attributive and adverbial position. This paper also discusses the acquisition errors of foreign students from three aspects: "overlapping misuse, overlapping incompleteness and overlapping redundancy",as well as analyzes the specific categories of errors.Combined with the data analysis results of the arrangement of adjective reduplication in the development of Chinese and the acquisition of adjective reduplication in the composition corpus and questionnaire survey, the causes of the acquisition of adjective reduplication are included as well.As the survey shows, the causes of acquisition errors are mainly related to teachers, teaching materials, learners, excessive generalization of the target language and so on.,which could give some teaching suggestions for classroom teaching and textbook compilation. |
