| China’s "National Physical Education Curriculum Guidance Outline" stipulates that the content of physical education courses in colleges and universities should adhere to the combination of fitness and culture,and reflect cultural elements and Chinese characteristics while paying attention to students’ physical and mental health.In order to create a fitness dance that meets the needs of modern college students for exercise,psychology and culture,this paper puts forward the idea of "combining martial dance with martial dance" in the process of fitness dance creation,so as to promote the dual development of students’ body and mind and thus deepen the reform of physical education teaching.This research USES the literature material law,expert interview and logic analysis,questionnaire survey method,empirical analysis method,experimental method,mathematical statistics,in the traditional culture as the breakthrough point,through to the fitness dance on campus at "wu dance in harmony theory construction is analyzed,thereby creating a set of complete fitness dance and empirical analysis of the effect of the application.Through the investigation and analysis of this study,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The theoretical construction of the creation of "martial dance in harmony" of college campus fitness dance includes the basis,purpose,principle,method and steps of creation.2.The whole set of "martial arts integration" college campus fitness dance is divided into seven chapters: Tian Yi body and mind,dynamic kung fu,the rhyme of drama,the wind of dance,martial arts youth,martial arts ambition,relaxation rhythm.3.The experts have a high score on the artistic,scientific,cultural,movement design,smooth movement connection and difficulty degree of the "martial dance integration" campus fitness dance.4.About 90% of the front-line teachers think this set of fitness dance moves are relatively simple,and about 72% of the surveyed students like this set of fitness dance.5."Combine martial dance" fitness dance on campus has moderate exercise load,which can achieve the effect of exercise and fitness. |
