The higher education of military academies and universities pays more and more attention to the cultivation of students’ foreign communication ability in military English,and military English classroom is the main position of cultivating students’ foreign communication ability,and also the key factor affecting the effect of students’ learning military English.How to improve the teaching quality of military English class is an important subject and course reform direction of language ability training for students in military academy and universities.The brand new idea “flipped classroom”advocates the advisor’s leading role to ensure the students being main subjects during the studying process.Through pre-class guidance,classroom expansion,the role of teachers and students and other aspects of the flip,fully improve the teaching effect,focus on the cultivation of students’ foreign language communication ability.This research on the basis of the discussion about the present situation of English teaching in military,to explore the influence factors of military turn English classroom teaching mode,to find problems existing in the current military turn English classroom teaching,to turn in military application in the teaching of English classroom teaching mode and promoting the military is of great importance to the reform of English teaching innovation.This research from the actual situation of military English courses,to literature research,questionnaire investigation,interview method and observation method as the core research methods,to turn the classroom teaching mode in military researches on the present situation of the application of English teaching,and concluded that the three factors affecting military turn English classroom teaching is: equipment and resources,teachers and students.Among them,student factors have the greatest influence on military English flipped classroom teaching.On the part of students,the main role is not clear,the autonomous learning ability is weak,and military subjects occupy a lot of time after class,which leads to the weak ability of cooperative task completion.The main role of students should be clear,the ability of independent learning should be cultivated,and the group communication and cooperation should be guided.Teachers lack the awareness of pre-class monitoring and lack the ability of modern educational technology,which makes it difficult to maintain students’ motivation and enthusiasm to participate in class.Teachers should monitor students’ pre-class learning,connect with students’ backbone,guide students to actively participate in the blended flipped classroom learning model,and at the same time improve their own teaching spirit,teaching concept and modern educational technology ability.In terms of equipment resources,the network teaching platform is not perfect,the network speed and fluency are poor,and the functions of expandable tasks are limited.Academy should actively develop teaching platforms on the Internet and the military network to ensure the updating of resources and the fluency of the network. |
