A Study On The Phonology Of Flower-drum Opera In Suizhou

Suizhou huagu opera,early called “ground huagu”,“flower drum son”,“huagu opera”,was born in the jiaqing years of the qing dynasty,is one of the traditional operas in Suizhou Hubei,has a history of 170 years.Play is given priority to with creation,adaptation,transplantation,basic plays as “four Ha”,“four”,“four”,“five”,“on the fourth floor”,“three words”,content more for love scene,and performed some official.Music is mainly a brute,Ha,liangshan,Cai Diao four main tone and nearly hundred kinds of minor,each voice singing,rich together north and south local drama different styles,a variety of forms,agrestic breath,reflect the labor people’s pursuit of a better life,to love yearning,the longing for justice,deeply the general audience favorite.This paper mainly studies the phonology of suizhou flower-drum opera.To explore the relationship between suizhou huagu opera and suizhou dialect.Firstly,the phonology of suizhou dialect is sorted out through investigation.By sorting out the audio data of suizhou huagu opera,the phonology of suizhou huagu opera is summarized.Secondly,the paper compares the phonology of huagu opera in suizhou with that of suizhou dialect and the middle and ancient tones,and discusses the evolution law of huagu opera in suizhou from synchronic and diachromatic perspectives.Finally,the paper analyzes the rhyme and groove of suizhou huagu opera,including the rhyme and groove of suizhou huagu opera and its artistic charm.Through comparative analysis,the conclusion is drawn :(1)Suizhou huagu opera pronunciation and suizhou dialect pronunciation is more similar than different.(2)Suizhou huagu opera retains part of the ancient pronunciation.(3)the development of huagu opera in suizhou should not only have its own dialect characteristics and be close to the people,but also make appropriate changes without changing its fundamental conditions,so as to achieve a better future.
