Competitiveness Of Cultural Industry In Hebei Province Based On Improved DEA Model Research On Evaluation And Promotion Path

With the continuous prosperity and development of the global economy,more and more countries begin to attach importance to the strength of their own cultural industries.China’s cultural industry has been developing for decades,and its strength is constantly increasing.China’s cultural industry gradually shows new development characteristics.With the continuous issuance of China’s national policies,the provinces have responded positively to the national policies,combined with the development characteristics and advantages of the region,and constantly promoted the innovation of cultural industries,gradually forming a "local style".Hebei Province is an important hub around Beijing and Tianjin,and is becoming one of the key development areas in China.It is of great significance to study the development of cultural industry in Hebei Province for accelerating the pace of development and promoting the coordinated development of economy and culture in Hebei Province.This paper summarizes and draws lessons from the previous research results,uses factor analysis,data envelopment analysis and other methods to build a brand-new evaluation and analysis system for the competitiveness of cultural industries.Based on the index data of all provinces in China from 2010 to 2018,a more comprehensive evaluation index system is used to obtain more scientific research results.At the same time,according to the research results,the model is further used to explore the development path of cultural industry in Hebei Province,so as to put forward development suggestions.Firstly,this paper constructs the evaluation index based on DEA model combined with Porter Diamond Theory,and further screens and refines the evaluation index by factor analysis,which makes the evaluation index more comprehensive and reasonable;Secondly,based on the previous research,this paper decided to use SE-SBM model,then improved the model defects,objectively weighted the model,scientifically distinguished the influence degree of each evaluation index,improved the problem of imprecise determination of index weight in previous DEA model,and obtained more practical results;Finally,the competitiveness is evaluated and analyzed from both static and dynamic aspects.In static aspect,the improved SE-SBM model is adopted to objectively analyze the efficiency results of current provinces.In dynamic aspect,Malmquist index analysis is used to systematically study the dynamic change trend of efficiency values of different provinces in China,so as to determine the current development stage of each province.In the above process,Hebei Province is taken as the comparative object,and compared with several comparative units to evaluate the competitiveness level of cultural industry in Hebei Province.Finally,through the projection analysis,this paper analyzes the development path of cultural industry in Hebei Province,obtains the adjustment ratio of each index,and puts forward more targeted development suggestions.
