This article studies the teaching plans of beginner Chinese teachers of comprehensive courses,and analyzes the text of the teaching plans,so as to provide ideas and references for novice Chinese teachers to compile the teaching plans of the primary comprehensive courses.First of all,as a novice Chinese teacher who went to Thailand in 2019,the author collected and screened the novice teachers’ elementary comprehensive lesson teaching plans during the same period,and selected more typical texts for analysis to ensure the authenticity and traceability of the texts of the teaching plans;this article is based on the synthesis.Class teaching methods and principles are taken as the theoretical basis.Starting from the three parts of the teaching plan: “ classroom goals,designing the classroom process,teaching reflection and experience ”,the author analyzes the writing of teaching plans by novice Chinese teachers.In the process of designing the classroom,the author starts with“organization of teaching,The five links of "reviewing old lessons,teaching new lessons,consolidating new lessons,and assigning homework" start with a detailed textual analysis of the lesson plans of novice teachers.At the same time,the author will use the comprehensive lesson plans of expert teachers as the evaluation basis,and compare the comprehensive lesson plans written by experts and novices to find out the differences.The last part of the article summarizes the related problems encountered by novice teachers when writing lesson plans,and the reasons for the problems in the preparation of comprehensive lesson plans.Finally,the author hopes to put forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures in the preparation of comprehensive lesson plans for novice teacher volunteers.Contribute meager efforts to the Chinese teaching of novice Chinese teachers. |
