In the mid-twentieth century,ecology of education began to appear,which applied some ecological principles to education and teaching,analyzed education problems,and provided countermeasures from the ecological point of view.That combination of ecology and pedagogy opens up a new window for educators to understand education and study education.This interdisciplinary research attracts people's attention.In recent years,a large number of people have studied the phenomenon of education from the perspective of educational ecology.By contrast,these researches mainly focus on the school that always is considered as a large system,but pay little attention to the management of senior high school English classroom,especially the research on English classroom management of senior School in less developed areas of the Pearl River Delta.Focusing on the present educational ecology of the Pearl River Delta underdeveloped areas from the perspective of educational ecology,the author find out the factors which have an effect on high school English classroom management by using the relevant principles of ecology and analyzing questionnaire surveys and interviews.Finally,the author puts forward sustainable countermeasures which can make the high school English classroom management in this region develop healthily.There are five parts in this thesis.The first chapter is the introduction,which includes: the reason why the author chose the topic;the significance of the study;the research methods;the literature review followed by the researches on the educational ecology and the classroom management at home and abroad.In the second chapter,main concepts will be defined and the education ecology principle.In the third chapter,after analyzing the results of questionnaire surveys and interviews,the author finds that at present there are non-ecological phenomena in the senior school English classroom management environment in the underdeveloped areas of the Pearl River Delta,including classroom teaching management,teacher-student relationship,classroom behavior management,classroom evaluation and teachers' current management situation.Then,the author analyze the reason under the perspective of educational ecology.In the fourth chapter,in view of the non-ecological phenomenon in high school English classroom management in this area,the author puts forward the realistic methods of ecological and healthy development from the perspective of educational ecology,which includes: building an ecological classroom environment;building a sustainable development of classroom teaching management;setting up a win-win management of teachers and students by changing the traditional concepts;carrying out effective rules to manage classroom behavior;implementing the green and healthy classroom evaluations;improving the overall quality of teachers to lead the teachers' and students' future.In the fifth chapter,the author makes a conclusion and puts forward same advice on further study.
