| The Rhapsodie pour alto saxophone et orchestreis a ensemble composed by Claude Debussy for Alto Saxophone and Orchestra at the invitation of American female saxophone player Elise Hall.It is one of the representative works of impressionism music in the early twentieth Century.At the same time,it is also the only work created by Debussy for saxophone.As the representative repertoire of Impressionism in saxophone works,it is favored by the performers,so this work is often used as a repertoire in saxophone competitions or performances,and has always been loved by musicians.This paper analyzes the style,performance skills and overall understanding of the work.In addition to the preface and conclusion,the main content of this article is divided into three chapters.First,it introduces the author’s life and music style.Then it analyzes the works from version,structure,timbre,breath,performance skills,overall control and so on.Finally,I will express my understanding of the performance skills and the work. |
