A Study On The Musical Style And Performing Techniques Of Debussy's “Bergamasque Suite”

Claude Debussy,as the most famous French composer,created a new music genre-Impressionism.His music creation involves many aspects,including orchestra,opera and cantata.But the most impressive of all is his piano works.The Suite Bergamasque was written in Debussy's youth.At that time,he had just emerged in the French music circle.On the one hand,his works inherited the tradition,on the other hand,they had already shown the "impressionist" music style.By introducing the composer's life and the background of his works,this paper introduces four pieces of music in detail,including composing characteristics,typical techniques,etc.Finally,it discusses the difficulties in the performance process,hoping to be helpful to everyone.
