World cultural heritage is a masterpiece of human creativity and genius,a concentrated representative of the spirit and culture of a country and a nation,and a wisdom and wealth shared by mankind all over the world.World cultural heritage contains outstanding universal values in history,science and art,reflecting the rich and diverse cultural and artistic forms in human history,and is an important symbol of the historical achievements of countries and nations.How to better protect and use the world cultural heritage,inherit and promote the value of the world cultural heritage,and promote the sustainable development of the region is an important research topic in the field of cultural heritage.Zhang Qian’s Tomb is the burial place of Zhang Qian,a Chinese envoy of the Han Dynasty.As a witness of the culture of the Silk Road and Zhang Qian’s spirit,it is an important world cultural heritage that promotes the progress of human civilization.However,due to the remote location of Zhang Qian’s tomb in rural areas,it has poor ornamental and readability as an earthen site,with few contents and single methods of display and utilization,insufficient value exploration and interpretation,and generally low public reputation and recognition,thus failing to realize the inheritance and promotion of heritage value.Based on the sustainable development trend of the protection and utilization of the world cultural heritage,Zhang Qian’s tomb should not only do a good job in the protection of the heritage,but also do a good job in the activation and utilization of the heritage,in order to realize the inheritance and promotion of its value and the coordinated development of regional society and economy as the goal.In view of the site characteristics of Zhang Qian’s tomb and the status quo of protection and utilization,on the one hand,the ontology value is excavated and explained by enriching the contents and ways of exhibition.On the other hand,we should talk about the protection and utilization of the ruins,rely on the good ecological resources around,and use the mode of industrial agglomeration and multiindustry symbiosis to build a cultural complex,so as to form the integration and symbiosis development of Zhang Qian’s tomb with the village landscape and agricultural landscape.Finally,through the improvement and transformation of the body and surrounding environment,a regional diversified development mode with Zhang Qian’s tomb as the core is formed,so as to enhance the overall attractiveness and vitality of Zhang Qian’s tomb,realize the inheritance and promotion of the value of Zhang Qian’s tomb,and give full play to the value of the world cultural heritage.Through the study on the protection and utilization of Zhang Qian’s tomb,it has laid a foundation for the overall protection of the Silk Roads(the routes network of Chang’an-Tianshan Corridor),expanded and deepened the path model of the protection and utilization of the world cultural heritage,and also provided reference for the protection and utilization of the world cultural heritage in rural areas.
