| Quality education is constantly reforming and deepening,traditional teaching ideas are changing,and teachers’ teaching methods are also changing accordingly.The educational ideas of "health first" and "people-oriented" fully reflect that students are the mainstay in education and learning and conform to the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude.Secondly,the guiding ideology also pays more attention to the cultivation of students’ individual development and innovation ability,and gives full play to their subjective initiative.The use of reasonable teaching methods in the classroom is a key factor in the success or failure of teaching.Good teaching methods can not only strengthen students’ interest and attention,but also effectively guide students to acquire skills and knowledge and achieve better teaching results.Task-driven teaching method is a teaching method that organically combines teaching goals,teaching content and different task types,and students gain knowledge in the process of task completion.In teaching,tasks are used to drive students to learn,improve students’ cognitive drive and self-confidence,and optimize the degree of mastery of new knowledge.Taking education reform as the background,this article has learned the research experience of some scholars and experts on the theory and practice of task-driven pedagogy.The task-driven teaching method is applied to the children’s Latin dance teaching practice,and the task-driven teaching method and the conventional teaching method are experimentally researched,and the practical effect and feasibility of the task-driven teaching method applied to the children’s Latin dance classroom teaching are discussed.The main findings are as follows:1.The current dance age is 2-3 years,and the overall situation of children’s Latin dance classroom teaching at the age of 10-12 is average.There are mainly problems such as relatively simple teaching methods and lack of interest,which leads to children’s low interest in learning Latin dance,The awareness of active participation is not strong.In addition,the high mobility of teachers in training institutions,the main purpose of the classroom to learn technical skills,and the relatively single evaluation of teaching have restricted the improvement of children’s Latin dance classroom teaching.2.After the experiment,the experimental class was significantly better than the control group in terms of learning attitude,active participation,cooperative ability,teaching effect evaluation and test results,indicating that the application of task-driven teaching method in children’s Latin dance classroom is effective.It can effectively improve students’ learning attitude,independent and cooperative learning ability,and improve Latin dance technical skills and teaching effects.3.Different types of tasks can be used to assist in different stages of classroom teaching.In the learning of Latin dance techniques,you can use technical tasks and problem tasks to teach and guide students to think;to increase students’ interest in classroom participation and active classroom atmosphere,you can use game tasks or creative tasks;to consolidate and review classroom knowledge Use operational tasks.The clever use of different types of tasks for teaching in the classroom can not only improve students’ teamwork ability,but also enable students to learn to think and innovate,which greatly improves the teaching effect of children’s Latin dance classrooms.4.The use of task-driven pedagogy in the classroom helps to optimize students’ assessment of teaching.Before and after the experiment,there are significant differences in students’ classroom satisfaction,the evaluation of teaching effects,and the evaluation of students’ technical skills. |
