Preschool Education has become a special and important professional field under the high attention of the state.With the enhancement of social competitiveness,people are facing greater pressure for survival and employment.The mental health level of students of this major has been widely concerned by the society.In order to guide the students’ physical and mental health development positively and effectively,dance therapy was introduced as an intervention to integrate the students’ body,emotion and cognition.This study attempts to achieve two goals: one is to design a dance therapy activity plan according to the mental health problems of pre-school education students;the other is to investigate the effectiveness of the dance therapy activity plan,to help pre-school education students to solve their own mental health problems,to help their self-growth.This study consists of four parts: the first part describes the research basis,research significance,research methods and dance therapy research at home and abroad;The second part introduces the concept of dance therapy,the development process,the related theoretical basis and method application,the third part adopts SCL-90 symptom checklist,the students of pre-school education major of Jiujiang Vocational University,who were the first schools in the province and were chosen as the backbone specialty,were selected to carry out psychological tests,the data analysis shows that there are some problems in the aspects of interpersonal communication,coping with learning anxiety and life goal setting,the 136 students were divided into experimental group and Control Group,and the experimental group was treated with dancing therapy for 8 weeks.After the exercise,the students were tested with SCL-90.SPSS.24.0 software was used to analyze the validity of the measured data and get the results of the intervention study.Through the intervention of dance therapy,it was found that the students’ mental health improved obviously,which confirmed the effectiveness of dance therapy.The results of the study show that the intervention program of dance therapy is targeted and feasible,using the way of combining dance with body movements,it can improve the students’ ability to deal with anxiety and set up their life goals,thus promoting the healthy development of the pre-school education students. |
