Zen thought is broad,profound and long-standing,which has both profound historical background and rich contemporary value.This study explains the meaning of Zen mental health education thought,analyzes the influence of Zen mental health education thought on psychotherapy,evaluates the contemporary value of Zen mental health education thought,and on this basis,based on the theory of Marxism on the comprehensive development of human beings,puts forward the construction of a theoretical system of mental health education guided by the overall development of human beings,The purpose of this paper is to achieve the self-sufficiency and happiness of human beings.This study first summarizes the relevant literature,analyzes the shortcomings of previous research,and puts forward the objectives to be achieved,the problems to be solved and the significance of the research.The second part studies the origin and spiritual characteristics of Zen.Zen is the realization of Mahayana Buddhism theory in mind and mind.In the way of seeing from words,it is realized that the true nature of Dharma is realized.In a moment,it breaks the people’s self-awareness and the Dharma belief.In the origin,we can see its true nature directly.This is "the open mind",which is the unity of covering the entity self nature and the phenomenon of origin,and is the unity of the unity of the unity of the reality and the dependence on the other,It is the unity of the core righteousness of Mahayana and Mahayana Kong.Zen Buddhism is a single knife,and suddenly realizes the characteristics of Buddha,which makes it "unable to be the Dharma" in practice,emphasizing the form of "super direct entry";In the verification,we refuse to reject the practical experience,but emphasize "to convey heart with heart";In communication,we deny thinking and language,but emphasize "inconceivable".The goal of realizing Buddha through seeing is actually a transcendental wisdom realm,which is completely difference between himself and the mountain and the earth,whether there is a difference between himself and all living beings,and the origin of adaptation,There is no persistence,things such as appearance and cognition,such as the degree of all living beings,no unity of the past,present,future and other persistent "present heart".The third part elaborates the meaning of Zen mental health education thought.The theoretical system of modern health psychology thought generally includes four parts: human nature theory,etiology theory,realization theory and therapeutic theory.In contrast,Zen also has its own theory of human nature,etiology,realization and treatment.Zen’s mental health view is contained in the view of human nature.The human nature of Zen is Buddhism,self purification,self self-determination and self-reliance.The corresponding mental health view is to pursue truth,appropriate response,subjective initiative and acceptance and enterprising.According to the view of the cause of Zen,the mental nature of human is healthy and clear,and the pain is lost due to pollution,which leads to the factors of mental illness,such as net and dyeing,ignorance and persistence,greed,anger,infatuation and karma.The goal of mental health education in Zen is to be clear-minded and cultivate.In order to achieve the goal,Zen proposed a series of practice methods including epiphany and meditation.In the process of mental health education,the theory of Zen realm is the diagnosis of mental health problems,the methods of protecting the mind and the treatment of mental health.The ultimate goal of mental health education is to become Buddha,and the ultimate liberation is the core feature of Zen personality ideal.The fourth part elaborates the influence of Zen Thought on "behavioral therapy" in psychotherapy from the perspective of the relationship between Zen thought,mindfulness therapy,Morita therapy and relaxing silent therapy.The view of human nature of mindfulness therapy emphasizes the embodiment of human nature in the present,transcends the "religious nature" of Zen and emphasizes the integration of cognition;The view of etiology absorbed the thought of "no self" from Zen,transcended the "open mind" of Zen,and put forward the idea of "cultivating body and nourishing nature";The realization concept absorbed the idea of "view of the sky" from Zen,and transcended the interpretation of "intention" in Zen,and thought that "life state" is "life intention".The therapeutic view absorbed the thought of "breaking the mind" from Zen to achieve the original state of human nature,surpassing the thought of "sitting in Zen" in Zen,paying more attention to combining with practice,and relieving the individual’s physical and mental pressure;The of "being calm at the present";The view of etiology absorbed the thought of "worry is Bodhi" from Zen,and consciousness and confusion are accompanied by it,which transcends the "open mind" of Zen,and thinks that over paying attention will affect the individual’s access;The realization concept absorbs the thoughts of "restlessness and being in the middle of life without living",which transcends the understanding of "karma" and "Epiphany" in Zen,and guides individuals to face problems and eliminate inferiority.The therapeutic view absorbed the thought of "being not being accepted" in Zen,and surpassed the theological treatment methods such as "drinking in front of the head" in Zen;The view of human nature of relaxing silent therapy absorbed the thought of "should live without shelter" from Zen,let individual realize the original heart,surpass the thought of "ordinary heart is Tao",and emphasize to think quietly;The view of etiology absorbed the view of "meditation" from Zen,emphasized that anxiety was relieved by changing behavior,which exceeded the Zen view of excessive obsession anxiety;The realization concept absorbed the concept of "sitting still" from significant than the theory of Zen lost in clinical treatment.The therapy also draws on the viewpoint of active therapy in Zen,and realizes that it is driven by problems and surpasses the Enlightenment of Zen in the integrity of the treatment technology system.Finally,it is suggested that the individual can realize rational and adaptive cognition by reconstructing the cognitive structure,and draw on the view of regulating and self-building of the mind of Jie Dinghui,but it is more feasible and concrete than Zen realm theory.Psychoanalytic therapy absorbed the view that Zen’s enlightenment and humanity were combined,but it was more profound than the theory of nature of Zen;The author has absorbed the view that unconscious conflict to disease such as the false thoughts of the standing in Zen,but better established the good subject and object constancy than Zen;The author has absorbed the view that the Zen should reach the mental health state without dependence on the outside world after treatment,but it surpasses the enlightenment theory of Zen in medical demonstration and treatment technology.The therapy also absorbed the key point that the importance of individual consciousness in Zen is to help realize the stage crossing,but it transcends the theory of state and emphasizes on self-consciousness too much,and can achieve a more balanced spiritual world.Humanism therapy absorbs the view that human nature is no different from the difference between good and evil.But it transcends the inspiration of nature theory in Zen to human beings,and can stimulate the positive essence of human.The therapy absorbed the Zen to examine the cause of human from the perspective of "false self",but it transcended the theory of lost in the stage applicability,and could be applied to children education management.The treatment also absorbed the treatment viewpoint that the treatment process should not think about good or evil and respect the individual life infinitely,and surpassed the therapeutic effect of enlightenment theory,and formed a specific and detailed treatment system which can be widely used.It also absorbs the transcendent "Nirvana" situation reached by the people in Zen,and puts forward the similar view of "peak experience",transcends the limitation of realm theory as a belief system,and constructs a logical system and theoretical framework with objectivity and regularity.The sixth part expounds the contribution and limitation of Zen thought to mental health education.The contribution of Zen thought to the theoretical construction of mental health education is mainly reflected in the rationality of Zen thought.In the theory of human nature,Zen desalinates the religious color of Buddhism,attaches great importance to the internal development of individuals and their own efforts in the process of development.On the theory of lost,Zen explains the root of the troubles from the different aspects of external environment,cognitive way,material desire and behavior.In the enlightenment theory,Zen has put forward various ways to help individuals get rid of their troubles from their cognition and behavior.Many of them are very similar to those of various mental health education schools.On the theory of realm,Zen points out that the ultimate state of the individual is to achieve ultimate liberation,namely freedom and transcendence by re creating the original heart.However,Zen thought itself has its own shortcomings.In the theory of human nature,the original heart emphasized by Zen is very ideal and difficult to realize.On the theory of lost,Zen abandoned all worries,including some inevitable natural phenomena and life normality.In the enlightenment theory,some methods of Zen are difficult to move to contemporary life,so it is necessary to make appropriate choices.In the theory of realm,freedom and transcendence need to be further analyzed.At the same time,it is necessary to consider whether this kind of freedom and transcendence are applicable to the contemporary public.The seventh part,based on the theory of human development in Marxism,puts forward the view of mental health guided by the overall development.First,the concept of "all-round development" of human mental health is that the basic needs of human beings are met,and this need can be adjusted with the change of social activities.Secondly,the concept of human’s mental health of "all-round development" is that all aspects of human ability can be fully developed.Finally,the concept of "all-round development" of human mental health is that people’s personality has been fully developed.To achieve the ultimate goal of mental health education guided by "all-round development",the first is to diagnose the mental state,judge whether it is mental health,and then maintain mental health on the basis of the diagnosis of mental health and improve the mental health level so that we can keep our original mind clean in the face of various troubles in our life,Finally,the ultimate goal of shaping the ideal mental health state is achieved.The innovation of this study is that first,the author analyzes the relationship between Zen thought and mental health education by using the integrated vision,and broadens the research horizon.Secondly,the Western psychotherapy methods are classified and analyzed : the absorption and Transcendence of the Zen thought by behavioral therapy and cognitive therapy,which provides a new paradigm for further construction of the intervention theory of human mental health.Third,we should establish a new era oriented mental health education concept,which can effectively guide the reform of mental health education in the new era.
