As the representative of the early stage of Romanticism,Schubert created "Three Piano Pieces" at the peak period.It is the most important set of improvised piano music.The whole set integrates classicism with romanticism styles,and lays a foundation for creating romanticism works in future generations.In the set,the color of death occupies an important role in music and fully reflects the late style of Schubert.By analyzing the melody,rhythm,mode and harmony of "Three Piano Pieces",the article explores the different manifestations and meanings of the color of death.
