| The core concept of the new curriculum "for the development of every student" requires that the curriculum be oriented towards all students in the implementation process,and primary education is the foundation stage of national education.To build a solid education,we must focus on primary education.To start,we must not only pay attention to the development of each student,but also pay attention to the all-round development of each student,in order to import as many constructive and creative talents as possible for the society.As a second language learning English,elementary school is a critical period of language learning,and English learning in elementary school is particularly important.In the process of primary school English learning,as the grade level increases and the difficulty of knowledge increases,many students with English learning difficulties have appeared.How to improve the learning of students with English learning difficulties and improve the quality of English teaching is what all English teachers need to face.Subject.This article adopts the action research method to carry out the transformation research of the students with English learning difficulties in the upper grade of elementary school in the last three months.The research of this subject is based on Sternberg’s constructivism theory,Vygoski’s "recent development area",and Skinner’s reinforcement theory.The questionnaire method,interview method and case analysis method are used to analyze the high-level English of elementary school.Students with learning difficulties conduct research and analysis.This action research mainly includes three parts: before action,during action and after action.Before the action,the author used questionnaires,interviews and other methods to understand the current situation of English learning in grades five and six,and through data analysis to determine the research objects and the causes of students with learning difficulties,refer to relevant materials,and formulate a preliminary action plan;in the course of the action,the author By observing the performance of students with learning difficulties inside and outside the classroom,recording the behaviors of students with learning difficulties,timely analysis and reflection.After the action research has been implemented for a period of time,through the analysis of the performance of the students with academic difficulties,the research objects are re-determined and the action plan is adjusted.Taking the mid-term test as a node,the performance of the research objects has improved to varying degrees.Overall,this action plan has achieved certain results.However,as of the end of this action plan,there are still students who have not been converted and meet the teaching requirements.In action research,most of the research subjects lack the ability to self-discipline and the initiative to learn,and most of them are asked by teachers to do it.Therefore,the transformation of students with learning difficulties is a complex and meaningful subject,which is worthy of exploration and research by teachers in many aspects and multiple dimensions. |
