| The problem of students with difficulties in English learning exists commonly in every teaching period,which is also a key concern in the educational theory and practicing field.Primary school is the stage of setting a good foundation,and Primary English is also one of the important initial subjects.Senior primary school students should have good interests and methods in English learning.However,due to some subjective or objective reasons,some students fail to get good results in the process of learning English,and English learning becomes more and more tough,resulting in a sense of frustration in learning,a gradual decline in learning motivation,and finally become students with English learning difficulties.That’s the cause why it’s common to see more students with difficulties of learning English.According to the actual observation and research,in the school where I teach at,this phenomenon is very serious.It is the responsibility of the front-line teachers to solve the problem of students with English learning difficulties,and it is also the specific requirement of the implementation of curriculum standards.Therefore,as educators,we should attach great importance to the students with English learning difficulties,and try our best to help them out.The author is based on the English Curriculum Standards for compulsory(2011Edition)and China Standards of English(CSE),and the latest education policies such as core English literacy,combined with vision theory,intentional change theory,policy implementation theory and well-known local teaching methods,the author takes the High-grade students,we choose parents and English teachers of primary school to be the research objects,we also dose a survey and statistics on the students,parents and teachers through questionnaires and interviews,accurately grasp the current situation of students with learning difficulties in the coaching school,to explore the root causes of the phenomenon of English students,and discusses the strategies to transform them.On the basis of the analysis of the survey data and results,it is revealed that: at the school level,the national English education policy is not in place,and the strength of teachers is relatively weak,modern facilities are lacking,there is no strong English learning atmosphere,and scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism is lacking.Secondly,as for teachers,the teaching concepts and teaching methods of teacher education are not new,the relationship with students is not harmonious,The reasonable learning vision of students with learning difficulties is ignored and even ignored;Thirdly,students lack the correct learning vision,learning interest is not thick,there is no gradual formation of good study habits,they lack proper learning methods;Fourthly,parents have insufficient understanding of the importance of English learning and lack of English guidance ability.Therefore,the following suggestions are as follows: Firstly,in the view of school,they ought to apply the national English education policy in place,optimize the teaching staff,actively create a learning atmosphere conducive to the sustainable improvement of students’ English learning aspirations,equip with modern educational facilities,and adopt a scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism;Secondly,teachers should update their educational concepts,adopt advanced multimedia teaching methods to actively establish a good teacher-student relationship,constantly stimulate the interest of students with learning difficulties in English learning,and re-establish the self-confidence of students with learning difficulties,communicate with their parents in time;Thirdly,students should set up correct learning visions,constantly temper their will,not afraid of difficulties,and persevere in going forward;Fourthly,parents should change their educational concept,help students with learning difficulties and improve quality of their own.Based on the real teaching practice problems,this study makes a comparative analysis of the students with learning difficulties in the teaching class.The proposed transformation principles and strategies have certain guiding value and enlightenment significance for improving the front-line English teaching effect,improving the quality of subject teaching,and promoting the sustainable growth and development of students has a certain guiding value and enlightening significance. |
