development.In the 1980 s,some people tried to use the Manuscripts to separate the relationship between the early Karl Marx and the mature Karl Marx,to introduce "alienation" into the primary stage of socialism,to deny all the achievements of the development of that period,and to provoke the debate between the theoretical circle on humanism Historical Idealism and Karl Marx’s historical Materialism.Since this period,the domestic academic circle has made more and more in-depth research on Manuscript.However,as for Karl Marx’s Hominology,domestic the text research focuses on The Critique of Political Economy,Theses on Feuerbach,Ideology and Das Kapital and other texts.Combined with people’s living conditions in the development of the times,the research on the Hominology in Manuscript still needs to make some supplement.As a basic category and law of early Karl Marx’s thought,the concept of "alienation" mainly takes place at the theoretical and methodological level.Karl Marx in the mature period mainly defines it as a specific historical phenomenon.The two are not opposite,but progressive relationships.By explaining the misinterpretation of the theory of "alienation,rejuvenation and communism" in the Manuscript,this paper shows the original meaning of Karl Marx’s "human liberation" and hopes to get some enlightenment on the study of Hominology in the Manuscript.The thesis is mainly carried out in the following five aspects: The first chapter mainly explains the origin of the writing of the Hominology thought in the Manuscript,mainly elaborates the main source and writing background of the Hominology thought in the Manuscript.This paper clarifies the theoretical origin of Karl Marx’s Hominology thought with Kant,Hegel and Feuerbach,and points out that the Manuscript is produced to meet the needs of realistic struggle.The second chapter highlights the question of human subjectivity.Between workers and capitalists,because of the status of workers themselves,whether in the period of social wealth rise or decline,workers are exploited in reality.Between workers and wages,workers’ pursuit of wages covers the nature of human beings and loses their subjectivity.The third chapter discusses in detail the progressive relationship among the four provisions of labor alienation,and explains the possible causes of labor alienation and the ways to eliminate labor alienation.From this,it can be inferred that Karl Marx’s theory of alienated labor always aims at the free and all-round development of man and the liberation of man.The fourth chapter is about the natural shape of communism,indicate the theory of communism is the contradiction of between “man and nature” resolved,distinguish the usual sense of Karl Marx’s theory of "alienation,rejuvenation,communism" distortion "back to the source",and differentiate from the alienation of man to rejuvenation of man,learned the positive nature of private property,it is a gradual im into a historical process.The fifth chapter highlights the four major contributions of Manuscript.The relationship between man and nature and society inspires us to pay attention to the construction of ecological civilization and achieve the pacifications between man and nature,optimize the economic development strategy,come ture the ultimate concern for people,so as to build a free and all-round development of the new socialist.This paper aims to clarify the position of Manuscript in Karl Marx’s works,and point out the succession relationship between Karl Marx’s Hominology thought in his youth and that in his mature age.This paper tries to analyze the internal logic between Xi Jinping’s socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the free and comprehensive development of human beings,objectively analyzes the current research dilemma of Chinese Hominology,and explores a new path of contemporary Chinese Hominology.This paper adopts the methods of text interpretation,document data and comparative research,starting from the original meaning of Manuscript,and tries to excavate the authenticity and primitiveness of Karl Marx’s Hominology thought.Trying to innovate in two ways: We must realize the sinicization of Hominology thought in manuscript and try to realize the comparative study of "source" and "disseminate" of Karl Marx’s Hominology thought.Through the investigation of the loss of man’s subjectivity,man’s alienation and man’s rejuvenation,it is concluded that the process from "opposition" to "unity" of the contradictions between man and nature,man and society and man and man is the inevitable tendency of social development.As a result,the development of human beings has also changed from "singularization" to "diversification",which is of enlightening significance to the establishment of diversified evaluation mechanism,the promotion of human’s free and comprehensive development and
