| The words "to get readers to the world" also reflects the importance and position of reading in English teaching.English reading is the key and difficult point.Enable to upgrade students’ English reading ability has become a vital problem in English teaching."Compulsory education curriculum standard" points out that " It is necessary to cultivate students’ comprehensive skills and knowledge of language,and to develop their comprehensive humanistic literacy ".The information age of education meets the post epidemic era,information breaks the inherent teaching mode,and resources as the kernel matter of information teaching determine the standard of information technology,and become the main foundation to promote the systematic change of education.The hybrid teaching tools come into being in the education information.English reading teaching should conform to the development of the times,and also match the information resources.According to the characteristics of the subject and the needs of reading teaching,combined with the information technology tools,the paper designs the teaching mode of English reading,and explores the way to improve the students’ English reading ability.In this study,"together" and "coco" mix teaching tools are selected,both of which have their own advantages,but their functions are slightly different: the former has the synchronous function of teaching materials,seamless connection of textbook reading knowledge,students can preview before class,improve in class and consolidate after class;the latter,as an extra-curricular counseling resource,provides foreign video and audio reading content of different themes,and expands the teaching content This paper introduces the extracurricular resources of students’ English reading.Through the application of two kinds of learning platforms to design different types of English reading classes,and relying on the deep combination of in class and extracurricular English reading learning resources,students’ English "reading" and "speaking" ability is improved.At present,there are many researches on the application of "together" in middle school English listening training,but there are few researches on the combination of different teaching tools to improve junior high school students’ English reading ability.This study summarizes the problems in junior high school English reading teaching through questionnaires and interviews,analyzes the types,functions and advantages of blended teaching tools,and then proposes teaching strategies based on blended teaching tools for experimental research.Through literature research,survey research,quasi experimental research,using spss21.0 to analyze the data from the questionnaire and reading test,this paper explores whether the hybrid teaching tool can improve junior high school students’ English reading ability.Through the student questionnaire,English reading pre-test and post test,and teacher interview,it is proved that students’ interest,attitude and level of English reading learning have been improved before comparison,so the hybrid teaching tool has a significant effect on Improving Junior High School Students’ English reading ability.At the same time,it is also found that teachers’ awareness and skills of using information tools in teaching have been improved,which is of great significance to improve students’ English reading ability in theory and practice. |
