| The textile industry is an important part in the history of the development of China’s national industry and has made great contributions to the development of China’s Industry and Commerce,manufacturing industry and urban economy,in the history of China’s development,it undertakes the sacred mission of revitalizing national industry.Qingdao’s textile industry started in 1902 and has a history of 118 years,qingdao once had many textile industry bases,such as Longxing yarn factory,Baolai Yarn Factory,Suzuki Silk Factory,Shanghai Fangji Joint-stock Company,Qingdao branch store,etc.,because of this,Qingdao has become one of the early large-scale and intensive textile industry bases in China.The study on the protection of the textile industry heritage in Qingdao is to solve the contradiction between the development of the city and the protection of historical sites,which is of great significance to the development of human society.This paper first analyzes the historical development of China’s modern textile industry,combing the history of Qingdao’s textile industry from the Self-Strengthening Movement to the National Government of the Republic of China period,and elaborated the present situation of the textile industry development in Qingdao,formed a set of relatively complete Qingdao textile industry development process frame.Secondly,this paper analyzes the textile industry heritage protection of several cities at home and abroad,and the practices of the textile industry heritage protection in Qingdao,the typical cases of textile industry heritage protection,such as Saltaire village,New Lanark,verdant factory,Lowell State Industrial Heritage Park and domestic theme museum,Creative Industry Park,industrial tourism,real estate development model,are summarized,it also makes a horizontal comparison and analysis on the ways of textile industry heritage protection and points out that there is a certain gap between China’s textile industry heritage and that of foreign countries at present.On this basis,this paper makes a case study of the protection and utilization of Guomian No.5 cotton mill in Qingdao,and studies the achievements in the protection of textile industry heritage,and points out the great value of this practice.Finally,it analyzes the existing problems in the protection and utilization of China’s industrial heritage,the main manifestations are as follows: the relevant laws and regulations need to be perfected,the assessment criteria need to be unified and clear,the guiding opinions of the protection and utilization methods are lacking,the problems of property rights management and the lack of relevant supporting funds.Therefore,this paper suggests that in future industrial heritage protection in Qingdao,the whole country and even the whole world,we should pay attention to the evaluation and excavation of related heritage protection value,the unification of technology,history and culture,the unification of history,reality and future,promoting the protection of the heritage of Qingdao Textile Industry in the process of inheritance and development. |
