Research On The Ethical Issues Of Chinese Logistics Enterprises

China’s modern logistics has entered a new period of rapid growth and all-round development.The report of the 16 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that "we should deepen the reform of the circulation system and develop the modern circulation mode;we should develop the modern logistics industry and take the logistics as the pillar industry and new economic growth point of economic development." However,compared with European and American countries,China’s logistics industry is still in its infancy.In the process of development,there are many ethical problems that have not been solved,which has greatly hindered the development of China’s logistics industry.Therefore,in order to promote the development of logistics enterprises and the progress of China’s logistics industry,this paper studies and discusses the ethical problems existing in logistics enterprises and tries to find solutions.In terms of research methods,this paper mainly selects literature analysis method and comparative research method.It is believed that there are still many unsolved ethical problems in logistics enterprises,which need to be solved in many aspects.The first part of this paper mainly introduces the related concepts of logistics enterprise ethics.This paper introduces the historical process of the formation and development of enterprise ethics.This paper introduces the concept and research content of enterprise ethics,the development process of Chinese enterprise ethics research,and the ethical requirements for logistics enterprises in the new era.The content of CSR and the relationship between them.And enumerates the concept of logistics enterprises and the characteristics of logistics enterprises.This paper analyzes what kind of enterprise ethics logistics enterprises should have and what kind of corporate social responsibility logistics enterprises should fulfill.At last,it expounds the current consumer,enterprise employees,social responsibility,environmental protection,enterprises to achieve good faith management,fair distribution,practice ecological civilization,fulfill social responsibility,as well as the ethical demands of logistics enterprises.In the second part of this paper,aiming at the ethical demands that can not be realized by logistics enterprises,it lists the current ethical problems of logistics enterprises.The existence of ethical problems violates the exchange justice,damages the interests of consumers,violates the distribution justice,damages the rights and interests of employees,violates the ecological justice,causes the damage to the ecological environment,and lacks the social charity responsibility.At the same time,it tries to analyze the reasons for the ethical problems of logistics enterprises,which are caused by the lack of ethics of logistics enterprises,the imperfection of national laws and regulations,and the poor social supervision.The third part of this paper puts forward the solutions to the problems faced by logistics enterprises.To solve the ethical problems faced by logistics enterprises,we need to intervene from multiple perspectives.We can try to solve the ethical problems that logistics enterprises are facing from the perspectives of strengthening government guidance,improving their own ethical construction,and strengthening social supervision.
