In today’ s era of economic globalization,the operation and growth of enterprises can not only consider economic factors,as an important factor of enterprise development ethics,its importance is increasingly prominent.Many examples show that if an enterprise wants to survive for a long time,it must make an ethical decision.Therefore,as a theory to guide the enterprise and its members to be more moral,enterprise ethics has attracted more and more attention and recognition from the academic and business circles.Since the formal establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea,the economic and trade relations between the two countries have been developing continuously.Many Korean enterprises have invested in China,and Korean capital has become one of the main sources of foreign investment in China.However,in recent years,the development of Korean enterprises in China has encountered unprecedented problems,and the ethical problems of Korean enterprises have increasingly become an important factor hindering their localization and long-term development.Therefore,based on the basic viewpoints and standpoints of enterprise ethics,this paper focuses on the ethical issues of Korean enterprises in China,adopts the methods of literature research and questionnaire survey,analyzes the investment situation and operation status of Korean enterprises in China through the collection of data and the collation of literature,and issues questionnaires to the employees of Korean enterprises in China to investigate their satisfaction with the enterprises they work for to master the management mode and internal relations of the enterprises under investigation as the data support of the research.The first chapter is the introduction,which describes the research purpose and significance of the topic,research status at home and abroad,research methods and innovation points.The second chapter briefly summarizes the meaning of business ethics,and from five aspects summarizes the ethical guidelines of business ethics guiding enterprises,that is,the principles of honesty and self-discipline should be adhered to in production and operation activities;the principle of people-oriented should be adhered to in human resource management;the principle of democracy and fairness should be adhered to in the distribution of labor relations;the principle of reciprocity and mutual benefit should be adhered to in marketing service;and benefits should be adhered to in marketing service In pursuit,we should fulfill the responsibility and obligation.The third chapter will objectively evaluate the ethical status of South Korean enterprises in China from the perspective of enterprise ethics.It is certain that there are many excellent South Korean enterprises in China to carry out business activities in accordance with the law and morality,but at the same time,through the research,we find and point out the existing ethical problems.The fourth chapter analyzes the causes of ethical problems from three aspects:external environment,cultural factors and enterprise itself.According to the normative requirements of business ethics,the fifth chapter puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen the ethical construction of Korean enterprises in China.Finally,through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:in China and South Korea enterprises,there are still four aspects of ethical problems,namely,the problem of dishonesty in production and operation;the problem of ignoring democracy in authoritative management;the internal disharmony between promotion and labor disputes;and the responsibility consciousness of environmental pollution.In this regard,the following measures should be taken in the future:to strengthen the construction of the punishment system for breaking faith;to carry out democratic management mode and measures;to establish a fair distribution system and an equal promotion system;to formulate ethical review and ethical evaluation methods;to implem ent supervision by administrative means and legal means. |
