Fairness is a norm of social life and a code of conduct necessary to maintain cooperation. In human society, whenever multiple interests are involved, fairness is involved. The development of children’s sense of fairness is closely related to their social interaction behavior.Children’s moral judgment and behavior are developing and changing with the development of children’s moral concept,in this process of change and development, fair behavior plays a key role in regulating and guiding. In recent years, more and more psychological researchers have paid attention to the development of children’s fair behavior, especially to the principles of allocation decision-making in different age groups.Researcher argued that, fairness is judged mainly on the following three principles: the principle of equality,in which goods are distributed equally to everyone;Equity principle, according to the contribution of participants in the process of distribution; The principle of need is to distribute more to those who in need. With the growth of age, children can skillfully use various principles to make fair decisions. However,in previous studies, little research has been done on how children use various distributive principles in conflict situa tions with different principles. The study of children’s use of the principles contributes to the understanding of the development of children’s distributive justice, and plays an important role in the study of children’s more complex social behavior during their growth. Therefore,he purpose of this study is to explore the development of children’s distributive justice through how the distribution behavior changes of children of different ages in different conflict situations. In this study,345 children aged from 4 to 11 years old were selected as research objects, and the age development characteristics and trajectories of children’s fair distribution behavior were investigated by asking them to complete the resource allocation task. This study includes three studies. The first one discusses how children aged 4-7 allocate resources between those who need resources and those who do not.Study 2 discusses the allocation decision of 6-to 11-year-old children in the context of conflict between demand allocation and contribution allocation. The third study explores the influence of moral worthiness on 6-to 11-year-old children’s distributive behavior in the context of conflict between need and contribution. The following conclusions are drawn from three studies:(1)Children aged 6-7 can consider the needs of recipients and allocate more resources to recipients in need.Although some children aged 4-5 will allocate more resources to those in need, most children aged 4-5 will allocate resources according to the principle of equality.(2)In the context of conflict between distribution according to work and distribution according to need.C hildren tend to adopt the principle of distribution according to need rather than contribution with age,and older children more like to allocate more resources to those in need, there are differences among the three age groups.(3)Moral worthiness influences children’s compassion for the needy. When the recipient who need contribute less due to improper reasons, children no longer choose distribution according to needs, but instead choose the principle of distribution according to contribution.(4)8-to 9-year-old children show strong opposition to improper reasons. When the recipient who need makes less contribution due to laziness,8-to 9-year-old children even gave them fewer resources than what they deserved, below their contribution...
