The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the educational policy of Lide Shuren.In the process of implementing the co-existing work of Lide Shuren,colleges and universities will train colleague colleges to become the successors of all-round development of the socialist cause as the fundamental mission of education.The work of cultivating morality in colleges and universities needs to be carried out from the deep and realistic two-layer logic systemic study to the philosophical study of this article.This article follows the thinking of asking questions-analyzing problems-solving problems,and conducts research on the ethical connotation of establishing morality in colleges and universities.Firstly,from two directions,it is the fundamental principle of educational ethics to cultivate people by virtue and the ethical standards for the effectiveness of running a school.The ethical foundation contained in the process of cultivating people by virtue is explained in two directions.Secondly,it analyzes the ethical value of moral education in colleges and universities,combined with the principle of "moral education first",and analyzes the key points of the principle of "moral education first".Finally,on the basis of clarifying the ethical connotation of morality in universities,analyze the current ethical dilemmas and reasons in the process of practicing morality and fostering people in colleges and universities,and aiming at the problems,explore the ethical path and long-term ways of practicing morality Effective mechanism.
