| Restricted development zone is one of the types of main function zoning with the vaguest development orientation. The main problem of its sustainable development is how to balance the conflict between economic development and ecological and agricultural product security.Restricted development zones are often areas with relatively backward economic development, and the contradiction between urban and rural development is relatively sharp. It is of great significance to explore how the vast rural areas in this area can achieve sustainable development and to explore the inherent differences and laws of rural development,so as to promote the coordinated development and rural development of restricted development zones. On the basis of defining the rural territorial functions of restricted development zones, this paper takes Anfu County,a key ecological function area in Jiangxi Province,as an example, and evaluates its rural territorial functions in 2005,2010 and 2018 with the village area as the research unit.Spatial autocorrelation analysis, hotspot analysis, systematic clustering and other methods were used to analyze the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of rural territorial functions, reveal the cold and hot spots of rural territorial functions evolution, and classify rural development types of Anfu County based on the evaluation results of2018,so as to put forward reference suggestions for different types of rural development.Through the research, this paper draws the following main conclusions:(1)Restricted development zones are the key areas to ensure the safety of agricultural products and ecological security,so the evaluation of their rural territorial functions should be different from that of other main functional zones.According to the main functional orientation and development conditions of restricted development zones, the industrial development function may not be regarded as the key evaluation of the zone.(2)In terms of "Production – Living-Ecological" functions angle, restricted development zone of rural regional function can be divided into agricultural production, living and ecological environment function three categories.Taking Anfu County in Jiangxi Province as an example, this paper defines its rural regional functions as seven secondary functions: planting production function, breeding production function, forest and fruit production function, population carrying function, life guarantee function, ecological conservation function and environmental maintenance function.(3)During the study period, the ecological conservation function and environmental maintenance function in Anfu County showed a weakening trend, but the change range was small, and the spatial distribution pattern did not change significantly; The planting production function, population carrying function and life guarantee function increased gradually, but the spatial distribution pattern changed little. The breeding production function and forest and fruit production function increased gradually and the increase was relatively large. The spatial distribution of breeding production function changed from weak in the whole to strong in the east and weak in the west, the spatial distribution of forest and fruit production function changed from strong in the northwest and weak in the southeast to strong in the middle and weak in the surrounding areas.(4)It is scientific and feasible to classify the types of rural development by using cluster analysis method and combining the interaction relationship between functions for the evaluation research of rural territorial functions with a relatively micro scale and a large number of units.(5)As for the key ecological function areas with limited development, the future development should pay special attention to guiding the rural population to transfer to areas with more concentrated population and more complete infrastructure, such as central towns,so that in accordance with the principle of ecological priority at the same time to protect the living needs of residents.(6)Rural development in restricted development zones should be based on regional rural characteristics,on the premise of ecological protection,on the principle of humanland coordination, and from the perspectives of land use structure, population status, resource endowment and development status of different types of villages, development suggestions should be put forward for each type of villages according to local conditions. |
