comprehensively answers a series of major problems such as what to cultivate,who to cultivate and how to cultivate people.It points out the direction and clarifies the task of cultural education in the new era.Exploring and practicing“Xi Jinping’s important exposition on cultural education”is the meaning of the development of ideological and political education.Through combing and summarizing the relevant research of scholars at home and abroad,on the basis of learning and drawing lessons from previous research results,this paper establishes the goal,puts forward problems,sorts out ideas,and clarifies the theoretical significance and practical value of the research from the aspects of participating in the discipline construction,improving cultural confidence and strengthening cultural education.Taking Xi Jinping’s discussion on cultural education as the research theme,guided by Marxism,Mao Zedong Thought,Deng Xiaoping Theory,“the Important Thought of Three Represents”,the Scientific Outlook on Development,Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and other important theories,this paper uses literature research,induction and summary,the combination of history and logic,adheres to the combination of theory and practice,and takes’ what comes from and what goes’ as the basic idea to conduct in-depth research and exploration on this theme.First of all,an overview of the relevant content of Xi Jinping’s important discourse on cultural education is the basis of this study.One is to analyze the historical background and
