| Intangible cultural heritage is a precious cultural treasure left to us by our ancestors from generation to generation.With the development of world economy and the acceleration of globalization,cultural soft power is becoming more and more important in various international exchanges,and protecting and disseminating excellent traditional culture is the key to enhancing a country’s cultural soft power.The city of Ziyang has abundant intangible cultural heritage resources,and promoting the external dissemination of the intangible cultural heritage of Ziyang can not only promote the economic prosperity and development of Ziyang,but also enrich the cultural connotation of the Chinese nation,maintain the cultural diversity of our country and enhance the cultural image of our country.This paper combs through the work done by The city of Ziyang in recent years in the field of intangible cultural heritage communication,and finds that in the process of intangible cultural heritage dissemination,there are problems such as insufficient influence of intangible cultural heritage itself,low attention of the masses,homogenization of propaganda forms,fault of inheriting people,lack of translation of external propaganda and so on.In view of these problems,the paper lists three three preparations for the international dissemination of Ziyang Intangible Cultural Heritage,namely,to do a good job in the theoretical construction of intangible cultural heritage cultural communication,to improve the system of cultivation of intangible cultural heritage inheritors and to make use of effective external translation.From the perspective of cross-cultural communication,it is proposed that we can promote the overseas dissemination of Ziyang Intangible Cultural Heritage from five aspects: seizing the opportunity of "Belt and Road",developing intangible cultural heritage cultural tourism,strengthening exchanges with international friendly cities,making full use of international social platform and utilizing Confucius Institute platform. |
