Since its operation in March 2017,the Business Confucius Institute of JEJU National University in South Korea has been actively carrying out Chinese language teaching,academic exchanges and cultural activities based on the principle of "mutual respect,equality and mutual benefit".During the one-year internship experience at Confucius Institute(from August 22,2019 to August 23,2020),the author found that the cultural experience activities of the Business Confucius Institute of JEJU National University in South Korea had shortcomings in the following aspects:First of all,at the organizational level,the comprehensive quality of the organizers is not balanced,the activity preparations are not sufficient;At the content level,the themes of the events are segmented and independent,and the related content has partiality and adulation;In terms of form,the form of activities is rigid,the communication channels are relatively thin,and the intensity and scope of publicity work is not enough;In terms of activity feedback,the lack of a systematic feedback mechanism and the related work of collecting and sorting feedback content have not been implemented.To solve these problems,the author used interview method and questionnaire survey to investigate the organizers,contents,forms and communication channels,objects and effects of cultural experience activities of the Business Confucius Institute at national JEJU University in South Korea,and put forward improvement plans:Starting from the quality of the event organizers and the event organization,the paper puts forward some suggestions for improving comprehensive quality of the organizers,stabilizing the teaching staff,attaching importance to the preview of the activities,cooperating with the local organizations,and creating a relaxed and pleasant cultural environment.From the perspective of content,this paper put forward some suggestions for improving the systematical and comprehensiveness of cultural themes,enriching the content of cultural themes,strengthening the relevance with Chinese teaching materials,correctly and comprehensively reflecting Chinese culture,and designing the theme and content of cultural experience activities with a cycle of one year.In terms of form,it is suggested that single form and compound form should be flexibly used and new network media and other communication channels should be fully utilized;Finally,taking the activity effect as the evaluation standard to design offline Chinese food culture and online marriage custom culture experience activity cases.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the development of cultural experience activities at the Business Confucius Institute of JEJU National University in South Korea,and enrich the research content of this direction. |
